In Stockton California, four people are dead, among them, three children, ages 8, 9, and 14, after a total of 14 people were shot, shortly before 6 p.m. Saturday 11/29/2025.
Police were extremely reluctant, to the point of suppressing information the public needs for self-protection, to precisely identify the location, but after extensive inquiries, it has finally emerged that it took place at Monkeyin Around play-place, (inexplicably termed "a banquet hall") at 1943 Lucile Avenue, Stockton, formerly known as Kudos Children's Theater Company.
The Police and press in Stockton report lack of progress in determining the identity of the Monkeyin Around Murders perpetrator, but it is their own, self-imposed blinders which are impeding progress, in the same pattern that prevailed for decades in Rotherham, and which continues to this day.
They are asking for the public to be forthcoming, among communities which are secretive and inward-turning.
But their own, self-adopted culture of official and press secrecy, is impeding the investigation.
It is likely that members of other communities which are not secretive, could get clues after discussions with those ethnic people, if it were plainly put out:
“The party goers were members of (some specific ethnic) community.”
They would rather put a damper on information critical to the investigation, than be thought-of as “racist”.
That’s actually a relatively safe area of Stockton according to crimegrade.org
So if someone looks for that website on their phone they can feel safe and cozy, until they get surrounded by teens.

I grew up in that hellhole. Formerly on the northern edge of the city. Just by chance has remained a semi-rural pocket surrounded by development. I wouldn’t characterize it as being particularly high crime

My own two cents is it is either gang related or it’s a disgruntled family member who did this. Either way the shooter had a lot of hate in his heart to commit such a heinous atrocity.
Former A’s pitcher grew up and graduated from high school in Stockton. Braden pitched a perfect game on Mother’s Day in 2010 for the Oakland A’s.
Braden attended a 2012 Stockton community anti-violence meeting where he spoke about the violence and said he decided to move. Said that after his grandmother was robbed and he was attacked in his car, police effort was lacking.
Stockton is Oakland’s psycho little brother.

Besides the location, I don’t think the police offered a physical description of the perp(s), did they?
The father of one of the deceased kids is a rapper known as “MBnel”. “MB” as in Muddy Boys gang, I suppose?
I’d guess Hoss and Little Joe wont be headed to Stockton for supplies anymore. Too risky in them parts.
