“No president should be allowed to unilaterally march this nation into something as consequential as war with erratic threats and no strategy,” Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), a longtime Iran hawk, said in a statement.

In the images, which were captured on Sunday by the US commercial satellite imaging company Maxar Technologies and obtained by Business Insider, several large holes or craters can be seen on a ridge over the underground complex at Fordow, south of Tehran. The images show what looks like a layer of dust or debris caused by the US airstrikes over the area, and several tunnel entrances that lead to the underground facility appear to be blocked with dirt. Rep. Sean Casten (D-Il.) said late Saturday that President Trump’s move to bomb Iranian nuclear sites without congressional approval amounts to an “unambiguous impeachable offense.” “This is not about the merits of Iran’s nuclear program,” Casten said in a post on the social platform X. “No president has the authority to bomb another country that does not pose an imminent threat to the US without the approval of Congress. This is an unambiguous impeachable offense.”

Time, not space plus time, might be the single fundamental property in which all physical phenomena occur, according to a new theory by a University of Alaska Fairbanks scientist. The theory also argues that time comes in three dimensions rather than just the single one we experience as continual forward progression. Space emerges as a secondary manifestation. "These three time dimensions are the primary fabric of everything, like the canvas of a painting," said associate research professor Gunther Kletetschka at the UAF Geophysical Institute. "Space still exists with its three dimensions, but it's more like the paint on the canvas...

Islam conquering the North. Imam giving a lesson in school. “This is how they colonize Italy.” The Muslims want to take over Italy, and they say it themselves without any fear, knowing that with the support of a certain left, they won’t have many problems. But the citizens are afraid, and it is the Mediaset— Fuori dal Coro transmission, hosted by Mario Giordano, that reported on a service at a clandestine mosque on Via Padova in Milan: “I live above the mosque, they have already threatened me with death two times because when you look out from the balcony and...

Following the Iranian revolution that created the present regime in 1979, Iran found itself in possession of much of the infrastructure that formed the basis of its nuclear weapons program. In 1974, the Shah announced his intention to "produce roughly 23,000 megawatts of electrical power from a series of nuclear power stations within 20 years," according to a history of Iran's nuclear program compiled by Iran Watch. The U.S., the French, and several other Western European countries, eager to get in the Shah's good graces and keep the oil flowing, supplied the Iranians with a lot of what they needed...

Progressive Squad Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and a chorus of Democrats called on President Trump to be impeached after he decided to bomb top nuclear facilities of Iran — blasting the move as “unconstitutional.” “The President’s disastrous decision to bomb Iran without authorization is a grave violation of the Constitution and Congressional War Powers,” Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) declared not long after Trump announced the attack. “He has impulsively risked launching a war that may ensnare us for generations. It is absolutely and clearly grounds for impeachment.”

Yet in terms of the approach to state government — taxing, spending, and government programs overall...

Chris Matthews, who once felt 'a thrill up [his] leg' for Obama, now critical of the former president's nuclear deal. Former MSNBC host Chris Matthews offered surprising criticism of former President Obama on Friday after Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) launched a sweeping strike on Iran's nuclear sites Thursday evening. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed that one of Iran’s top nuclear facilities had been hit in the operation intended to target Iran's nuclear and missile infrastructure. Two Iranian generals and at least 20 senior Iranian commanders were also killed in the strikes.

They say the more money you have, the more problems you’ll encounter. For many wealthy leftists, it seems that the more money they possess, the more willing they are to exaggerate the problems of society. And the tendency to overstate social ills and life hurdles tends to get worse if you’re a black person who thrives in the highest tax bracket. Whoopi Goldberg is one of these wealthy black Americans who enjoys rhetorically disassociating from their economic privilege to wallow in race-oppression narratives. On Wednesday’s edition of ABC’s “The View,” Goldberg ridiculously equated life under Iran’s oppressive regime with life...

Saturday morning, flight trackers picked up a host of stealthy U.S. B-2 bombers that took off from their Air Force base in Missouri and headed west over the Pacific. It was a ruse. Hours later, a group of B-2s attacked Iran’s most important nuclear sites from the east, defense officials said, hitting well-defended facilities where giant U.S. bunker busters were thought to have the greatest chance of success. President Trump said U.S. submarines firing cruise missiles joined in the attack, striking other key nuclear facilities. The move allowed the U.S. to get its bombers over Iran faster and with a...

During MSNBC’s breaking coverage of the U.S. strike on Iranian nuclear facilities, network host Rachel Maddow questioned what she called “lazy common wisdom” that President Donald Trump was an “isolationist.” According to Maddow, Trump’s decision on Iran was aligned with the views of neoconservatives. “[N]ow, common wisdom about this president, about the political movement he leads, is that he is supposedly isolationist, that he is supposedly anti-war,” she said. “That has never been exactly right. It’s always been kind of a lazy common wisdom. In less than six months back in office, he has threatened military action against Panama, against...

The unrest in Los Angeles isn’t just about politics. It is a symptom of something deeper: a national collapse of resilience. Behind the protests lies a broader crisis, a fragile mindset that mistakes discomfort for danger, grievance for identity, and emotional reactivity for truth. New polling reveals a striking psychological divide: 45 percent of liberals report poor mental health, compared to just 19 percent of conservatives. This is not about ideology. It reflects two competing visions of how Americans are being taught to face adversity. As a psychotherapist practicing in New York City and Washington, D.C., I have seen firsthand...

For 40 years, Iran’s relentless hostility toward the U.S. has fueled proxy wars, terror attacks, and nuclear ambitions. Now, after diplomatic overtures were rejected, America’s decisive strike on Iran’s nuclear sites signals a historic turning point in the Middle East power struggle. For 40 years, Iran has reverberated with the menacing chant of “Death to America” and “Death to Israel,” a rallying cry born from the 1979 Islamic Revolution under Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini. Last night, Saturday, June 21, 2025, that decades-long hostility faced a decisive response when President Donald Trump authorized a U.S. military strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities at...

British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer appeared the most willing of America’s allies in Europe to align himself with President Donald Trump’s decision to bomb Iranian nuclear sites, while fellow European leaders stressed for calm and a return to talks. On Saturday evening, President Donald Trump made a surprise announcement that the United States had conducted targetted ariel bombings of three nuclear sites in Iran. In an address to the nation, President Trump said that the facilities at Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan had been “completely and totally obliterated.” Trump added that “Iran, the bully of the Middle East, must now...

In a stunning display of military precision and secrecy, the Trump administration executed a flawless bombing campaign on Iran’s key nuclear sites, showcasing the unmatched capabilities of America’s stealth arsenal and the discipline of a White House that kept the entire operation under wraps until the last bomb dropped. “This is an operation… in the last 18 years since I’ve been at the Pentagon, I’ve never seen such operational security,” reported Fox News’ Jennifer Griffin, clearly impressed. “There was nobody speaking about this, any of the preparations. There was a complete lockdown, almost a blackout of information for the last...

Russia says that it “strongly condemned” the United States’s bombings of nuclear sites in Iran, calling the attacks “irresponsible” and a “gross violation of international law.” “It is already clear that a dangerous escalation has begun, fraught with further undermining of regional and global security,” the Russian foreign ministry adds in a statement.
