The errors of leftist politics, socialism and communism, come home to roost. Extreme Democrats and big-government Republicans have had free rein for years. We see the results of excessive government spending (inflation), lax law enforcement (Antifa and BLM riots, the Biden Crime Family), weaponizing Administrative State bureaucracies (DOJ, IRS), and absurd border policy (inviting invasion). The thing is that citizens have straightforward solutions to all these man-made problems. The Constitution was forged to apply to acts of the federal government, to restrict federal power and control over citizens. We are a constitutional republic, a self-governing republic based on the Rule...

KYIV — President Zelenskyy was devastated today to learn that come November, Senator Mitch McConnell's retirement will deprive Ukraine of owning the top Republican seat in the United States Senate. "It's a huge blow," said Zelenskyy. "No one has worked harder for the Ukrainian people than Mitch McConnell. Speaking on behalf of myself, Ukrainian soldiers, and the billionaire Ukrainian oligarchy, McConnell will be dearly missed." After a lengthy career holding Republican party leadership, McConnell announced today that he would step down from that role in November, although he would finish out his Senate term. "The time has come....................... ...........................................................that I...

A top House Republican lawmaker is preparing to circumvent Speaker Mike Johnson, R– La., to force a vote on a bill related to Ukraine aid and U.S. border security. Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick, R-Pa., co-chair of the bipartisan Problem Solvers Caucus, said that he was preparing the legislative maneuver as a fail-safe in the event Johnson does not bring a Ukraine aid bill to the floor. "It’s existential, it’s time-sensitive. Whether it’s our [bill] or somebody else’s, we’ve just got to get the money out the door," Fitzpatrick told reporters on Thursday morning.

It’s not Ronald Reagan’s GOP anymore. The Republican Party’s shift from Russia hawk to something softer is straining the GOP at a crucial juncture, highlighting the ascendency of former President Trump’s “America First” approach and exasperating old-guard conservatives who long for a return to the assertive foreign policy championed by the party through generations prior. It’s created nothing short of an identity crisis for those Republicans who still identify with the party of former President Reagan, a Cold War president long lionized within the GOP ranks for his aggressive confrontations with the Soviet Union. “Ronald Reagan would not recognize today’s...

Democrats acting disgracefully, without dignity, or decorum exude hatred and vindictiveness toward our former President like a gushing broken sewer line – and they call that politics. Millions of “asylum seekers” pour across our borders having just paid a small fortune to a coyote or fixer of some kind. They arrive looking plump, well fed, and clothed, then they are handed a credit card, a phone, a bus ticket, and a big smile from the mayor of some sanctuary city – all at the expense of John Q Taxpayer.

The collapse of the Ukrainian army following the battle of Avdeyevka, and its disorganized retreat, have accelerated Russian military thinking of how far westward the NATO allies will decide that the Ukrainian statelet can be defended against the expected Russian advance – and how fast new NATO defences can be created without the protection of ground-to-air missile batteries like Patriot, long-range artillery like the M777, and mobile armour like the Abrams, Bradley, and Caesar: all of them have already been defeated in the east. In short, there is no longer a NATO-command line of fortification east of the Polish border...

A Pacific Grove man was rescued on Tuesday after driving his car off a Big Sur cliffside and falling 400 feet. The man, who crashed while driving home from his job in Big Sur, was first reported missing after not returning home on Sunday night. According to the California Highway Patrol's Coastal Division Air Operations, a Pacific Grove police dispatch asked them to search the coastline from Big Sur to Carmel. Twenty minutes later, the driver was found waving to the search team next to the wreckage of his car. The victim told rescuers that he was on his way...

Denver Mayor Mike Johnston announced changes on Wednesday to the city's strategy when it comes to migrants who have made their way to the Mile High City. The strategy surrounding assistance will focus on helping those NEWCOMERS find stable, sustainable lives instead of living in shelters... Now, the City of Denver is focusing on getting more migrants work authorization. So far, at least 600 have been helped and the goal is to help at least 700 more in the next two weeks. "This allows us to deliver people high-quality dignified services and also reduce the cost we spend to make...

Many cancer drugs approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) between 1995 and 2020 lack proof of added benefit, particularly those approved through expedited ("fast track") pathways, finds a study published by The BMJ. Despite pharmaceutical industry claims that high drug prices are needed to offset research and development (R&D) costs, the results show that more than half of these drugs, including those with minimal or no added benefit, recover R&D expenses within three years. As such, the researchers call for better alignment between regulatory and reimbursement processes, particularly for drugs approved through expedited pathways, to promote development of the...

Police charged Google worker after he was seen kicking a tiny, 5-pound rescue dog during a dispute with its owner on the Upper West Side, sources said. Eric Morrison, 34, was slapped with the violation on Feb. 23 for kicking Jen Floyd’s Chihuahua named Knox — but Morrison maintains the dog owner was the aggressor, according to a police source. Morrison, who studied at Yale and Oxford, according to a since-deleted social media profile, is accused of violating New York’s Agriculture and Markets law, the sources said.

FBI agents hit the Bronx home of a top aide to Mayor Eric Adams Thursday morning, a law enforcement source confirmed to The Post. Agents were spotted at the Pelham Bay home of Winnie Greco, who is already under probe by the city Department of Investigation over allegations she improperly used her government position to get perks. It wasn’t immediately clear if Thursday’s law enforcement action, first reported by News 12 Bronx, was connected to that investigation. The source also could not immediately say whether a search warrant had been executed.

Nearly every four years, we add an extra day to the calendar in the form of February 29, also known as Leap Day. Put simply, these additional 24 hours are built into the calendar to ensure that it stays in line with the Earth’s movement around the sun. While the modern calendar contains 365 days, the actual time it takes for Earth to orbit its star is slightly longer—roughly 365.2421 days. The difference might seem negligible, but over decades and centuries that missing quarter of a day per year can add up. To ensure consistency with the true astronomical year,...

A judge has upheld a decision requiring Cowboys owner Jerry Jones to take a paternity test as part of a legal dispute with a 27-year-old woman who says the billionaire is her biological father. A Texas judge on Wednesday rejected an appeal from Jones of a 2022 ruling in a paternity case brought by Alexandra Davis, who previously alleged in a separate lawsuit that she was conceived from a relationship Jones had with her mother in the mid-1990s. Attorneys for Jones are challenging the constitutionality of the Texas law that would compel genetic testing of Jones. In March 2022, Davis...

Advice columnist E. Jean Carroll expressed “very serious concerns” Thursday that she won’t be able to collect the $83 million from former President Trump that a jury awarded in Carroll’s defamation lawsuit last month, citing Trump’s various legal woes. “He simply asks the Court to ‘trust me’ and offers, in a case with an $83.3 million judgment against him, the court filing equivalent of a paper napkin; signed by the least trustworthy of borrowers,” Roberta Kaplan, Carroll’s lawyer, wrote in court papers. The new filing responds to Trump’s demand that his trial judge delay enforcing the eight-figure sum as the...

The sheriff of the Georgia county where a Venezuelan migrant has been charged with murdering nursing student Laken Riley had campaigned on refusing to cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers, a resurfaced interview shows. “It is not my intention, when elected sheriff, to cooperate with those detainers,” John Williams, now the sheriff of Athens-Clarke County, said in a 2020 interview with Athens Political Nerds. He was referring to detainers ICE placed on illegal immigrants who were arrested on criminal charges. “I see it as the sheriff’s responsibility, any law enforcement, to protect and serve the community,” Williams continued. “We...

The University of California Santa Barbara’s MultiCultural Center (MCC) was recently photographed adorned with anti-Zionist signs, including targeted threats against a Jewish student leader. “In case we aren’t clear, let’s spell it out,” read an MCC Instagram caption from earlier this week alongside a photo of the center’s entrance doors, which featured a sign saying “Zionists not welcome,” as seen on a story related by We Are Tov and Community News on Instagram. The Instagram update also shows additional posters in the MCC, such as “When people are occupied, Resistance is justified,” “Zionists get 0 bitches,” and “Zionists are not...
