“‘There is no one holy like the Lord’” (1 Samuel 2:2). God’s holiness means He transcends everything else and is completely righteous and separated from evil. Holiness is arguably God’s most significant attribute. The angels don’t sing, “Eternal, eternal, eternal” or “Faithful, faithful, faithful” or “Mighty, mighty, mighty.” Rather, they sing, “Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God, the Almighty” (Rev. 4:8; compare Isa. 6:3). His holiness sums up all He is. The psalmist says, “Holy and awesome is His name” (Ps. 111:9). Moses sings, “Who is like Thee among the gods, O Lord? Who is like Thee, majestic in...

The Super Bowl always draws crowds to betting windows and online sports books, but some of the most talked about action this year will leave a blank space in Las Vegas. With in-person sports books limited to action on the field, Adam Burns, the sports book manager for BetOnline.ag, found himself capitalizing on the moment by preparing odds for a flood of unusual wagers: What sort of outfit will Taylor Swift wear to the game on Sunday? Will the CBS broadcast show her holding a beverage or giving high-fives? Will she cry if the Kansas City Chiefs lose to the...

In New York City, the bad guys have long understood an unwritten rule: you don’t hit a cop. In the past, doing so put you at the top of the NYPD’s to-do list and ensured that you would not be free on the streets for long. When 30,000 officers are tasked with securing a metropolis of nine million residents, the impenetrability of the “thin blue line” is a matter of life and death. When video emerged of a group of illegal aliens wrestling two cops to the ground near Times Square and beating them with fists and feet, that thin...

Americans are piling on more credit card debt amidst persistent inflation and high interest rates, driving total debt to a new record of over $1.08 trillion, according to the New York Federal Reserve Bank’s Quarterly Report on Household Debt and Credit. Meanwhile, Fed Chair Powell downplays the likelihood of a real estate-led banking crisis but anticipates closures or mergers among smaller banks. The tightening monetary policy reflects the most restrictive measures since the 1970s and 1980s, with stricter loan standards observed across the board, especially in Commercial Real Estate loans.

Several migrants were nabbed in Arizona Monday by federal authorities who are investigating if they are members of the same group who fled New York City following their arrests in the caught-on-camera beatdown of two NYPD cops, sources said. The migrants were picked up by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents at a Greyhound bus station in Phoenix, according to law enforcement sources and a Fox News report. ICE agents are working to determine if the migrants are any of the four men suspected to have hopped on a bus bound for California last Wednesday after they were freed without bail...

The largest growing criminal organization in the world has infiltrated its way into the United States, said an El Paso FBI agent. The Tren de Aragua, or the “Aragua Train,” gained notoriety after its founding in 2012 by Hector Guerrero, alias “Niño Guerrero” or Warrior Kid, in the state of Aragua located in the north-central region of Venezuela. Operating initially from Tocorón prison in Venezuela, the gang made headlines after 11,000 police officers raided the prison back in September, uncovering a zoo, nightclub, swimming pools, and a children’s playground. What they did not find was any sign of Guerrero, the...

A fourth co-defendant in the Georgia case against former president Donald Trump has filed a motion for the court to disqualify embattled District Attorney Fani Willis. Co-defendant David Schafer, who in 2020 served as the Georgia GOP Chairman and a GOP presidential elector for Georgia during the 2020 election, filed a motion in court Monday saying Willis has engaged in a "pattern of prosecutorial, forensic misconduct" which he says should disqualify not only her, but her entire office and prosecution staff. Schafer’s motion follows co-defendant Michael Roman’s claims that Willis engaged in an "improper" relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade...

The newest person named to the Biden administration has devised and implemented radical left-wing policies at the highest levels of government, including attempts to revolutionize the teachings of an entire Christian denomination, critics say. President Joe Biden announced Monday that he would replace Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry with John Podesta. The longtime Democratic fixture served as chief of staff to Bill Clinton, adviser to Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign manager, and president of the influential left-wing think tank Center for American Progress (CAP). Podesta, who acted as a “fixer” inside the troubled Clinton White House, promotes...

This week, the Senate is supposedly voting on the biggest immigration overhaul in decades. That is a polite way of saying that US workers are on the chopping block. The Senate’s “border deal” is a terrible bargain hashed out behind closed doors, one that sells out the American working class in favor of illegal immigrants, the biggest corporations, and Wall Street. To appreciate the harms that would befall workers from this bill, we’d do well to look to one of the heroes of the modern left: Cesar Chavez. A co-founder of the United Farm Workers, Chavez is remembered today as...

Is anyone watching this show? If so, is anyone else noticing all the singers are lip syncing the songs tonight. I haven't watched AGT in yrs and I happened to see it. I swear they are not really singing live, I'm a semi-trained lip reader as I've had impairment a child. None of the singers matched their songs good enough to hide the lip syncing... I've never noticed this before on any of the current talent shows. Does anyone else notice it?
