A Detroit man who was mauled by three dogs as he walked home from a bus stop has died from his injuries. Harold Phillips, a 35-year-old father, died Friday evening, four days after he was attacked by the dogs as he walked to his house from a bus stop, his wife said. Detroit Animal Control and Care explained how the three dogs got out of a fenced yard and viciously attacked him.
