The Biden administration is considering a major expansion of an asylum program that originally targeted Venezuelans, The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday night. Specifically, the program would widen to encompass migrants from Cuba, Nicaragua and Haiti. With an eye on decreasing illegal southern border crossings, the program lets migrants from Venezuela apply for asylum from overseas and then fly to the United States. Under the proposal, that privilege would be extended to three more countries. The news comes on the heels of jarring images from El Paso on Sunday night, as an estimated 1,500 migrants poured across the Rio Grande...

According to a bombshell new report, Republican members of the House Intelligence Community allege that COVID-19 may have been tied to China’s biological weapons research program that “spilled over” to the human population. The announcement was made on Wednesday evening by the House Permanent Select Committee. “Contrary to the implication of the [Intelligence Community’s] declassified report, based on our investigation involving a variety of public and non-public information, we conclude that there are indications that SARS-CoV-2 may have been tied to China’s biological weapons research program and spilled over to the human population during a lab-related incident at the Wuhan...

A man died of a blood clot that was a "direct result" of having the AstraZeneca Covid jab, a coroner said. Jack Last, 27, from Stowmarket, was vaccinated on 30 March 2021 and a week later was admitted to hospital after experiencing headaches and sickness. A scan on 10 April revealed a cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) and he died 10 days later. Senior coroner Nigel Parsley recorded a narrative conclusion at Suffolk Coroner's Court. He said: "Jack Last died of a blood clot to the brain, caused as a direct result of his body's reaction to the AstraZeneca Covid-19...

What Ed Vidal refuses to acknowledge in his counterview article today is the massive cheating that obviously occurred nationwide in the midterm elections. Today, the absurd race in Arizona was certified by Maricopa County. Kari Lake did not lose; she was robbed. The whole world knows it. No serious person could say or think otherwise.Exceptionally however, Florida was allowed (yes, I think that’s the right word) to go full “red wave”. DeSantis won by a massive margin, and even Rubio, who everyone thought was vulnerable, won by a country mile. And yet in almost every other state, the races were...

It’s no secret that these two things are true: the Biden Administration and the CDC have been pushing hard for Americans to get yet another booster shot aimed at curbing the proliferation of the currently circulating COVID-19 variants, and that almost nobody has taken them up on the offer. Why? Sure, there remain lots of vaccine skeptics, but the majority of Americans got the first vaccine shots, and even the subsequent boosters got decent compliance. The bivalent booster has been a complete dud. Only about 1 out of 9 Americans have gotten the booster, which pretty closely mirrors the people...

Joe Biden on Wednesday delivered remarks at the US-Africa Business Forum. Biden on Tuesday announced “the establishment of an advisory council on engagement with the African diaspora in the United States” Reuters reported. Biden on Wednesday hosted African leaders for talks on security and trade. Approximately 50 African heads of state attended. And it was a total embarrassment. “…particularly in Prosper Africa Deal Room. That sounds like something we shouldn’t be saying, you know, Prosper Africa Deal Room. I kept asking, ‘Where’s the Deal Room?’ I think I’m looking at it,” Biden said. Biden lost many battles with his teleprompter...

Over the past seven years, Kristine Zhang’s social media signature has read “parting is for reunion” – a mantra she has clung to while enduring long spells away from her husband. Since 2015, she has spent several months of each year in Singapore, where her son is studying, while her husband – a former executive at a foreign company – has been managing his car painting business in Guangdong. Zhang’s husband had been reluctant to move the family to Singapore, or any other country for that matter, because he is bullish on the Chinese market. But recently he changed his...

Robert O’Brien, former national security adviser in the Trump administration, says that the Russians were willing to make a deal to release both Paul Whelan and Trevor Reed before Trump lost the 2020 presidential election. The Russians reneged on the deal after Biden was declared the winner of the election, according to O’Brien. The goal for the Russians was to improve relations between Washington and Moscow after a meeting in October 2020. But, when the election was called for Biden in November, the deal was off. The article in The Hill that reports on O’Brien’s comments does not mention an...

The Biden administration plans to remove some Chinese entities from a red flag trade list, amid closer cooperation from Beijing, a S official told Reuters on Wednesday (Dec 14). The plan to remove them from the so-called "unverified" list, which is expected to come soon, is thanks to greater willingness from the Chinese government to permit US site visits, the person said. SNIP Reuters could not determine the number or names of entities designated for removal. The decision signals a degree of cooperation between Washington and Beijing, the world's largest economies which are locked in a heated trade and technology...

Republican leadership in the House is barreling ahead with efforts to prevent Democrats from passing a lame-duck omnibus spending bill this year.“We’re 20 days before the new members are being sworn in. We’ve got two members leading appropriations in the Senate who will no longer be here or be able to be held accountable to the constituents,” Rep. Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., said at a press conference on Wednesday. He was referring to Sens. Richard Shelby, R-Ala., and Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., negotiating what will be in the omnibus, despite the fact that they will be leaving office next month.“We’ve got an...

EXCERPT: BIDEN: “These MCC investments are part of the work we’re doing worldwide through the Partnership for Global Infrastructure and Investment. I proposed this initiative together with the rest of the G7 to help fill the need for quality high-standard infrastructure in Africa and the low-income and middle-income countries around the world. At the G-7 meeting earlier this year, we announced our intention to collectively mobilize $600 billion in the next five years. Today’s announcement joined a portfolio of Partnership for Global Infrastructure Investment projects already underway in Africa, including mobilizing $8 billion in public and private finance to help...

For all the opposition to Kevin McCarthy becoming Speaker of the House, he sure is doing the kinds of things to gain support from those with a skeptical eye.Initially, I wasn’t a fan of McCarthy following up a subpar election performance with a promotion, but it quickly became apparent that there is no alternate path. No other viable Republican who could gain enough support stepped up to the plate, and continuing to hold things up would only benefit Democrats at this point, who have floated the idea of electing a “unity candidate.”With that said, even though it appears McCarthy has...

Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) said Wednesday on Fox Business Network’s “Kudlow” that Republicans had “emasculated” themselves by agreeing to the framework for an omnibus spending bill to fund the government through 2023. Paul said, “This brings upon us the lie that Republicans really are fiscally conservative. The Democrats aren’t. They will not pretend to be fiscally conservative. Not one of them up here gives a darn about the debt. The Republicans all profess to be, but when you make them vote on the PAYGO resolution, pay as you go, that we can’t have new spending without offsetting it, they always...

One of the best and most poignant moments in the underappreciated 1999 TV movie, RKO 281, about the making of Citizen Kane and the battle between William Randolph Hearst and the brash upstart Orson Welles, comes when Hearst, defeated, broke, and broken, defends himself and the choices he's made in an argument with his mistress, Marion Davies: .... Hearst seemed to have everything: wealth, political influence, multiple homes, a beautiful actress-mistress in California and a wife and five sons back home in New York. And, of course, a media empire that included prominent newspapers across the country. He tried his...

It’s the Christmas season! That means it’s time for the Mainstream Media and Mass Immigration Activists (do I repeat myself?) to try to guilt trip American Christians into supporting the invasion of their country. Get ready to hear nonsensical and pseudo-pious arguments such as the one claiming Joseph, Mary and the Baby Jesus were illegal immigrants.
