Uvalde's school district police chief is under fire for refusing to let his officers engage the active shooter at Robb Elementary School, after the gunman barricaded himself in a classroom as kids cowered inside and called 911. During a bombshell presser Friday, Texas Department of Public Safety head Steven McCraw slammed Chief Pete Arredondo for failing to engage 18-year-old Salvador Ramos, mistakenly believing the teen had finished his killing spree and was hiding out from cops. 'With the benefit of hindsight, from where I'm sitting now, of course it was not the right decision. It was the wrong decision, period,'...

Considering Black Sabbath are largely responsible for inventing heavy metal as we know it, Butler’s remarks are intriguing. In his estimation, the label “heavy metal” was used in a slightly derogatory context in early 1970s and Black Sabbath got “stuck with it.” “When we were on tour in America — I think it was the second tour in the [United] States — I read this review, and the guy said, ‘This isn’t music; it sounds like a bunch of heavy metal being smashed together.'” Geezer recalled in a new interview with Eddie Trunk. “Somehow that got over to England, and...

China has been teetering on the precipice of an economic crisis for quite some time now. Structural issues within the country’s financial system and the protracted lockdowns of essential hubs, ports and even entire provinces resulted in supply chain disruptions, slowed economic growth and generalized unrest throughout the country. And because economic vitality is the basis of the Communist Party of China’s power, these circumstances pose a threat to government stability. Until now, President Xi Jinping has managed to consolidate power such that he could remain China’s ruler for life. But his failure in navigating new challenges has put his...

"But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also." "But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!" "Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?" Matthew, Chapter...

Texas Governor Greg Abbott said that he was misled about the police response at the Uvalde, Texas, elementary school shooting and is “absolutely livid” about it. Gov. Abbott had previously praised the “quick response” from law enforcement, which we all now know, was not really the case.

video The self-proclaimed elites have gathered in Switzerland at the World Economic Forum (WEF). One of the newest ideas is a microchip in pill form. No, this is not a conspiracy theory. The president of Pfizer spoke publicly about a pill that would dissolve in the stomach and send an immediate signal to all storing your data that you complied and took the pill. “Imagine the implications of that – the compliance!” Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla daydreamed. The WEF crowd has publicly shared their ideas to build a total surveillance system and microchip human beings to gain ultimate control. “Once...

According to politicians around the world, the Great Unwashed plebians should be grateful for the energy crisis. President Joe Biden recently declared that America is undergoing an “incredible transition” and we must suffer in order to reap the benefits. “Here’s the situation. And when it comes to the gas prices, we’re going through an incredible transition that is taking place that, God willing, when it’s over, we’ll be stronger and the world will be stronger and less reliant on fossil fuels when this is over,” Biden said. I have explained that the Biden Administration deliberately ruined America’s ability to be...

A horrifying new documentary exposing the rampant sex abuse in the Amish community details how girls are brainwashed into thinking being raped or molested by a family member is normal and a result of their 'carelessness.' The two-part Peacock TV series 'Sins of the Amish' follows four women from different Amish and Mennonite backgrounds — Meg, Mary, Misty, and Audrey — as they share their personal stories of sexual abuse and their attempts to seek justice. Mary opened up about being sexually abused by her father and her brothers Johnny, Eli and David when she was growing up in an...

Senator Ed Markey (D-MA) used the horrific shooting that took place at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, to argue that one way to prevent more school shootings was to pack the Supreme Court. Markey began by calling for gun control — as have a number of his Democratic colleagues and even President Joe Biden — and then immediately pivoted to argue that the only way to ensure that gun control laws would not face a challenge or even face the possibility of being overturned was to add at least two justices to the Supreme Court. “Ed Markey uses the...

Former President Donald Trump on Friday argued the United States should make it easier to confine "deranged" people and eliminate gun-free school zones after a gunman killed 19 children and two teachers this week at a Texas school. "Clearly, we need to make it far easier to confine the violent and mentally deranged into mental institutions," Trump said in a speech at a convention in Houston of the National Rifle Association, a gun rights advocacy group. Tuesday's fatal shooting of 19 pupils and two teachers in Uvalde, Texas, by an 18-year-old gunman equipped with an AR-15 style semiautomatic rifle again...

When a male cockroach wants to mate with a female cockroach very much, he will scoot his butt toward her, open his wings and offer her a homemade meal — sugars and fats squished out of his tergal gland. As the lovely lady nibbles, the male locks onto her with one penis while another penis delivers a sperm package. If everything goes smoothly, a roach’s romp can last around 90 minutes. But increasingly, cockroach coitus is going really, weirdly wrong Back in 1993, scientists working at North Carolina State University discovered a trait in the German cockroach, a species that...

Ascension Day, unfortunately, is not observed in a uniform manner across the United States. Catholics in Nebraska, Pennsylvania, New York, and New England will observe it on Thursday; the rest of the country observes it this Sunday. The First Reading and Psalm for this Solemnity are always Acts 1:1-11 and Psalm 47. Year C has the option to employ Hebrews 9:24-28; 10:19-23 instead of Ephesians 4:17-23 as the Second Reading (both are discussed below) and proclaims Luke 24:46-53 as the Gospel. This is an unusual Lord’s Day, in which the “action” of the Feast Day actually takes place in the...

Chasten Buttigieg is not only the husband of Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, but he’s also a teacher. And as a teacher, he’s very familiar with school safety protocol. So if it’s all right with you, he’d like to offer his two cents on the idea of single points of entry and one-way exit doors in schools as means of reducing the likelihood and severity of school shootings: As someone who ran lockdown drills and worked on the school safety committee, a "one door" solution is an irresponsible and egregious recommendation far removed from reality. A shooter isn't going to stop...

The green is flowing in New Jersey. The Garden State raked in over $24 million dollars in recreational marijuana sales in the industry’s first month, according to the state Cannabis Regulatory Commission. Since a dozen dispensaries in New Jersey first opened for operation on April 21, recreational marijuana sales averaged nearly $5 million per week for a total of $24,201,875.38 from 212,433 transactions, NJ.com first reported. Jeff Brown, executive director for the CRC, said there is still room for substantial growth in the market as the commission approved an additional five dispensaries across the state.

Jimmy Dore does an outstanding presentation of the phony Russia hoax. It's succinct and to the point (even though it runs about 30 minutes.) This is a really good video to share with your normie friends. Dore is no Conservative, but he's open minded and has some credibility with the left.
