A Wisconsin anti-abortion group said Sunday someone tossed a Molotov cocktail into its Madison office and spray-painted a message outside reading, "if abortions aren’t safe then you aren’t either." FRANKFORT, Ky. (WKYT) - Governor Andy Beshear is suing all of Kentucky’s constitutional officers. The governor filed suit Thursday afternoon against Attorney General Daniel Cameron, Secretary of State Michael Adams, State Treasurer Alison Ball, State Auditor Mike Harmon and Agriculture Commissioner Ryan Quarles. All are Republicans. The lawsuit is over House Bill 334. The measure would remove current members of the executive branch ethics commission. A judge has ruled that Special Counsel John Durham’s office must limit the evidence it plans to use in court to try to show a “joint venture” between Michael Sussmann and Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign. Sussmann, a cybersecurity lawyer, has been charged with lying to then-FBI General Counsel James Baker when he handed over data in September 2016 that claimed to show communications between former President Trump’s presidential campaign and the Kremlin-linked Alfa Bank. Sussmann did not divulge he was working for the Clinton campaign at the time.

New York governor Kathy Hochul tested positive for COVID-19, she announced on Twitter Sunday afternoon. The news comes at a time when positive COVID-19 cases have been increasing in New York state. More than 9,900 people tested positive on Saturday, the most recent date for which there is publicly available data. Thursday had the highest number of positive results in the state since the end of January, with 13,902 positive cases reported. As of Saturday, the state's seven-day average positivity rate was 7.2%, up from 7% the previous week.

Jury did not reach a verdict on two other men--DOJ said it planned to refile charges but has not. The men remain in jail: Atty for Adam Fox, the alleged ringleader, filed a motion asking the judge for an acquittal for his client. The motion was filed on April 22. No response from the court.
