House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-NY) said he will “absolutely” be running in the 2022 midterm elections, denying growing reports and speculation of the longtime Democrat getting ready to retire. Nadler “rejected” the rumors of him retiring, as well as calling it “crap,”according to Manu Raju — an infamous congressional reporter who usually patrols the halls of Congress stalking Republicans and other members. Nadler said he would “absolutely” run in the midterms. If the congressman truly did retire today, he would be the twentieth Democrat to announce retirement and the fourth committee chairman. As he is a close confidant to...

Cast your mind back, if you will, to 1965, when Tom Lehrer recorded his live album That Was the Year That Was. Lehrer prefaced a song called “So Long Mom (A Song for World War III)” by saying that “if there's going to be any songs coming out of World War III, we’d better start writing them now.” Another preoccupation of the 1960s, apart from nuclear annihilation, was overpopulation. Stanford University biologist Paul Ehrlich’s book The Population Bomb was published in 1968, a year when the rate of world population growth was more than 2 percent—the highest in recorded history....

We found that the spike protein localizes in the nucleus and inhibits DNA damage repair.’. A Swedish lab study released in mid-October found that the spike protein associated with the COVID-19 illness, and its experimental vaccines, enters the nucleus of cells and significantly interferes with DNA damage-repair functions compromising a person’s adaptive immunity and perhaps encouraging the formation of cancer cells. The study, titled “SARS–CoV–2 Spike Impairs DNA Damage Repair and Inhibits V(D)J Recombination In Vitro,” was released by the Department of Molecular Biosciences of Stockholm University, and began by discussing the enormous impact of the COVID-19 disease on the...

Protecting the right of people to be censored? A federal court blocked the Texas HB 20 law against social media censorship based on political view. Texas House Bill 20 was enacted to stop platforms from censoring content merely for being the wrong political viewpoint, but U.S. District Judge Robert Pitman has put the law on ice for now. “Pitman granted an injunction filed by NetChoice and CCIA [Computer & Communications Industry Association] to put HB 20 on hold until the case is complete,” Reclaim The Net reported. “The judge argues that the law violates the First Amendment rights of social...

Explanation: Sweeping through northern predawn skies, on November 24 Comet Leonard (C/2021 A1) was caught between two galaxies in this composite telescopic image. Sporting a greenish coma the comet's dusty tail seems to harpoon the heart of NGC 4631 (top) also known as the Whale Galaxy. Of course NGC 4631 and NGC 4656 (bottom, aka the Hockey Stick) are background galaxies some 25 million light-years away. On that date the comet was about 6 light-minutes from our fair planet. Its closest approach to Earth (and even closer approach to Venus) still to come, Comet Leonard will grow brighter in December....

A shortage of nitrogen fertilizer will likely result in reduced world production of crops like wheat and corn, says an industry executive. “We do think yield on a global basis is going to be off next year, not because of demand destruction but just because there’s not going to be enough tons available,” said CF Industries president Tony Will. He told investment analysts listening to the company’s third quarter 2021 earnings results conference call that farmers in countries like India and other places that rely on government subsidies won’t be able to compete for limited supplies of products like urea....

Washington State University is amplifying claims that farmers markets and food charities are examples of “white supremacy” and “white dominant culture.” It has nothing to do with helping farmers thrive. This is about creating left-wing social justice activists.

CNN is adding to its long list of “L’s.” It tried to get out in front of the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) spinning the jobs recovery as robust before the actual jobs report dropped. CNN published a story early Dec. 3 celebrating in its lede paragraph that “[t]he US jobs recovery has picked up steam again in the final months of the year, bringing some good news in the face of persistently rising prices and a new Covid variant.” It praised how “[e]conomists polled by Refinitiv expect another sizable jobs gain in Friday's November employment report — 550,000 positions.”...

DALLAS - More than 60 World War II veterans from across the country are headed to Hawaii to mark 80 years since the attack on Pearl Harbor. A few are survivors of the attack. Some veterans said they couldn’t sleep Thursday night. For many, it’s their first time back to Pearl Harbor in 80 years. They arrived at DFW International Airport Friday morning with a police escort. The airport also held a parade in Terminal D. About 60 WWII veterans made the trip. Ten of them are from the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Three are women and 12 of them are...

A number of notable events have transpired over the last few weeks and it's worth comparing them and the reactions to them. They have been reported in very different terms. Here ya go Kyle Rittenhouse is guilty no matter what.Despite the overwhelming evidence of Rittenhouse acting in self defense, Rittenhouse is smeared over and over as a "murderous white supremacist" by the left wing media and the brain dead children at Arizona State University. They falsely hold him personally responsible but personal responsibility gets lost in other events. 2. Six people died and more than 60 were injured in Waukesha...

In Exodus 33, Moses didn’t know it, but God was about to bring him into a greater revelation of his glory and nature. This revelation would go far beyond friendship, far beyond intimacy. It’s a revelation God wants all his hurting people to know. The Lord told Moses he was going to show him his glory. “’I will make all my goodness pass before you, and I will proclaim the name of the Lord before you...’ But he said, ‘You cannot see my face; for no man shall see me, and live…. So it shall be, while my glory passes...

Two Georgia election workers have filed a defamation lawsuit accusing conservative US website The Gateway Pundit of knowingly publishing false stories that said the workers had engaged in ballot fraud during the 2020 general election. On Thursday, local time, Fulton County elections workers Ruby Freeman and Wandrea "Shaye" Moss, a mother and daughter, filed the lawsuit against the news website, its owner, Jim Hoft, and his brother, Joe Hoft, a contributor to the site. Among other things, the lawsuit says the website and the Hofts conducted a "campaign of lies" that led to online and in-person harassment against the two...

“[Christ] existed in the form of God” (Philippians 2:6). Scripture makes clear that Christ is God. The deity of Christ is the heart of the Christian faith. Inevitably when people attack the Christian faith, they attack the deity of Christ. Scripture makes clear, however, that such attacks are unfounded. The apostle John said, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God” (John 1:1). Under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, he began his Gospel by affirming the deity of Christ. John further declared Christ’s deity when he wrote, “All things came...
