Microsoft says the same Russia-backed hackers responsible for the 2020 SolarWinds breach continue to attack the global technology supply chain and have been relentlessly targeting cloud service companies and others since summer. The group, which Microsoft calls Nobelium, has employed a new strategy to piggyback on the direct access that cloud service resellers have to their customers' IT systems, hoping to "more easily impersonate an organization's trusted technology partner to gain access to their downstream customers." Resellers act as intermediaries between software and hardware makers and product users. "Fortunately, we have discovered this campaign during its early stages, and we...

Credit: Rusty Costanza ================================================================================= When scientists were developing a vaccine against COVID-19, a key worry was the potential to cause disease enhancement. It's a complication that occurs when a vaccine does the opposite of what it's intended to do and instead makes someone more vulnerable when exposed to a pathogen. For COVID-19, the fear can be traced back to an infamous clinical trial in the 1960s for an experimental vaccine against respiratory syncytial...

The unconstitutional assault by the Biden administration against parents of school-aged children in America is apparent and shameful. U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland’s recent memorandum to the FBI attempts to bully and silence parents who are standing up to oppose what they believe is harmful curriculum; meanwhile, AG Garland is inexplicably unaware of the domestic terrorism occurring just a few blocks from his office where extreme environmentalist breached the Department of the Interior on October 14, 2021, causing multiple injuries. AG Garland’s opening paragraph of his memorandum to the director of the FBI on October 4, 2021, states, “In recent...

Oct 22 (Reuters) - The U.S. Supreme Court will soon have its first opportunity in more than a decade to redefine the scope of gun rights and to confront the link between the Second Amendment and slavery that it has previously overlooked. The justices next month will hear a challenge backed by the National Rifle Association to New York state’s restrictions on concealed handguns in public. The NRA and two gun owners are claiming the restrictions violate the Second Amendment, arguing that Americans have an unfettered right to carry guns in public for self-defense.~~~SNIP~~~ Indeed, the historical record shows that the...

Francis, Congar, and The Case of Archbishop LefebvreIn his October 9, 2021 address to open the Synod, Francis put the Church and world on notice that he intended to change the Church, invoking the pseudo-Catholic inspiration of Yves Congar: “Father Congar, of blessed memory, once said: ‘There is no need to create another Church, but to create a different Church.’ That is the challenge. For a ‘different Church,’ a Church open to the newness that God wants to suggest, let us with greater fervour and frequency invoke the Holy Spirit and humbly listen to him, journeying together as he, the...

The Gubernatorial Race in Virginia is happening at a very opportune time. It is forcing the covering of specific issues such as government overreach in education. This subject exposes a weakness in the Democrat policies that the Mainstream Media would just as soon ignore. Terry McAuliffe weighed-in about a parent’s role in the education process., and many think McAuliffe wishes he had never made the comment. He now owns it, and it may cost him this election and will have a ripple effect on the 2022 mid-terms. McAuliffe’s comment was not just a slip of the tongue. It was a...

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) called for Anthony Fauci to be fired over a “lack of judgment,” contending that President Biden’s chief medical adviser lied about research the National Institutes of Health (NIH) funded in Wuhan, China. “He should be fired,” Paul told Mike Allen during an interview with “Axios on HBO” that aired Sunday. “The thing is, is just for lack of judgment of nothing else, and I, you know, he's probably never going to admit that he lied, he's going to continue to dissemble and try to work around the truth and massage the truth,” he added. Paul’s comments...

Two people who helped plan the pro-Trump rallies that took place in Washington, D.C., ahead of the Capitol riot on Jan. 6 say members of Congress and the White House helped plan the protest that turned violent. The two people spoke to Rolling Stone for a report published Sunday evening. Neither of the sources were identified, though Rolling Stone described one as a "rally organizer" and another as a "planner." Rolling Stone reported the two are also talking to the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack.

Top American health officials who critics say misled Congress with claims regarding U.S.-funded virus research in China are pushing back after documents were released appearing to show that the United States did pay for gain-of-function research, contrary to the officials’ testimony. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) sent the documents last week to lawmakers. They show that the NIH funded research that increased the function of coronaviruses and MERS, experts said. Dr. Francis Collins, the head of the NIH, and Dr. Anthony Fauci, who heads one of the institutes, told Congress earlier this year that the agency did not fund...

Former President Obama says while change can't come soon enough for some Americans, for others it might be coming "too rapidly" to feel comfortable. "You end up having, on the one hand, change happening very rapidly, too rapidly for a big portion of the population," Obama said during a "CBS Mornings" interview alongside Bruce Springsteen on Monday. "For another portion of the population, it's like, 'You know, how long are we gonna keep having to defer this dream?'" he said. The ex-commander in chief and the "Born to Run" singer appeared for their first joint sit-down to promote their new...

A so-called “atmospheric river” has drenched drought-stricken Northern California with several inches of rain and several feet of snow. Reports of rockslides, mudslides, and toppled trees were in abundance on Monday as National Weather Service forecasters continued to issue flood warnings and advisories for the central and northern parts of the state. Flooding was reported across the San Francisco Bay Area and overflowed rivers across Napa and Sonoma counties. The National Weather Service said that about 4 inches of rain fell in San Francisco. The California Highway Patrol, meanwhile, shut down part of State Route 70 in Butte and Plumas...

The story of the mystery man, Ray Epps, featured in Rep. Massie’s video above is in fact far more shocking than even the good Congressman implies in the hearing. It’s a story so strange, and so scandalous at every turn, that it threatens to shatter the entire official narrative of the “Capitol Breach” and expose yet another dimension of proactive federal involvement in the so-called “insurrection” of January
