Donald J Trump @realdonaldtrump 1h · Isn’t it terrible that a Republican Congressman from Nebraska just got indicted for possibly telling some lies to investigators about campaign contributions, when half of the United States Congress lied about made up scams, and when Mark Zuckerberg, in my opinion a criminal, is allowed to spend $500 million and therefore able to change the course of a Presidential Election, and nothing happens to them. Comey lied, Schiff lied, Crooked Hillary lied, McCabe lied, the two lovers, Peter and Lisa, lied. They all lied having to do with Russia, Russia, Russia, because they knew...

Motorists seeing billboards with the words “Trump lost” may think it’s the work of a Democratic organization, but that’s not the case. A group called Republicans for Voting Rights is financing the billboards, which are popping up in some locations across the country, including the Harrisburg area. A billboard is positioned on the interchange of Route 581 and Interstate 83. The group says it is spending $250,000 on billboards in Pennsylvania and several other states where election reviews are being considered: Georgia, Texas, Arizona, Virginia, Wisconsin, Michigan and Florida. In Pennsylvania, Republican lawmakers, who control the General Assembly, are moving...

... many developing nations have insisted on having an in-person COP. They feel that it is far easier for their voices to be ignored on a dodgy Zoom connection. ...There's some evidence that this works. In 2015, the presence of island states and vulnerable nations was key to securing the commitment to limit temperature changes to 1.5C in the Paris Agreement... ...don't expect to see to many overnight changes across the world as a result of these steps. They are all likely to have long lead-in times, with more flexibility on dates shown towards developing countries... ...The UN is now...

Bishop Mark Davies of Shrewsbury, western England, made the appeal on Oct. 19 after police reportedly turned away a priest who sought to administer the last rites to the Catholic Member of Parliament at the scene of the attack in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. “Every Catholic Christian hopes to receive the Sacraments and be accompanied by the prayer of the Church in the final crisis of our lives,” Davies said. “Every believing Catholic...

There are suggestions that hundreds of Anglican churches could face closure by 2026 as part of proposed plans by the Church of England. A report by the Church Commissioners, who manage the Church's investments, shows up to 368 church buildings could be at risk within the next two to five years. This figure comes from a diocesan survey which asked for estimates on the number of closures a diocese might bring forward in a two to five year period. It found that 12 dioceses were considering up to five closures, nine were planning between six and 12 closures, and five...

Finally! The Russian Orthodox Church has announced a day of commemoration “for all Orthodox Christians who suffered at the hands of the godless Soviet authorities”. According to sources close to the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church, “the hierarchs resolved to establish October 30 as a day of special commemoration for all those who were innocently killed or imprisoned” during the years of Soviet rule. This is significant in my estimation. For one thing, the language used –i.e. “godless Soviet authorities–is quite bold. It indicates that the Church is now mature enough to call a spade a spade. It...

I'm looking for a simple explanation of what is causing this backlog of container ships off the California coast. I've been seeing a wide ranges of reasons including: A) environmental California trucking regulations from the California Air Resources Board which mandates all trucks must be 2011 or newer. B) CA law AB-5 which bans bans owner operators which was aimed at Uber and Lyft drivers but encompassed and banned almost all freelance jobs. C) Biden/Newsom vaccine mandates. Is it a combination of all of this and or some other factors? Democrats talk about a lack of truck drivers but why...

U.S.—According to sources, your wife threw away an incredibly specific adapter cable you've been lovingly preserving for over 7 years, right before you found the perfect use for it. Sad! "Honey!" you called across the house. "Have you seen my USB 2.0 Type-B to USB 3.0 Type B-Micro adapter? I've been saving it in this box for such a time as this!" "I'm sorry, my dear husband," the ignorant wife replied, unaware she was about to utter the very words that would pierce you to your soul. "I threw that thing away just yesterday." "Noooo!" you replied. "HOW COULD YOU?...

Three aging Air Force veterans came to Washington, D.C., on Tuesday to again tell their strange and extraordinary stories. A fourth veteran was piped into the National Press Club conference by video feed from the Ozark Mountains in Missouri. Each veteran's story is different, but all share one central claim: In the 1960s, UFOs tampered with nuclear weapons managed by the Air Force, both terrifying and mystifying the airmen who experienced the encounters. Some remained silent for decades, they say. And none has captured the attention of Washington, even as reports of Navy encounters with unknown flying objects have splashed...
