As the Left pushes misleading claims about voter ID laws being "racist," black Americans were stunned to hear talking points being pushed by Democrats to support the narrative. Democrats are continuing to push back against Republican efforts to tighten election security by requiring voters to produce identification before submitting their ballots.

We live in a dark hour of human history. The COVID-19 pandemic demands we distinguish between that which is essential and that which is not. With that being said, I am reminded that more than 2,000 years ago, a woman named Mary ran, while it was still dark, towards an empty tomb. She ran not when things were pristine or perfect. She ran while things were still dark. It's what we do in the darkest hour that truly defines us. The darkness of depression cannot impede us from running towards the empty tomb of joy. The darkness of despair cannot...

@PeterSchiff When our republic was formed voting was not a right. There is no "right to vote" in the Bill of Rights. Voting was a privilege restricted by age, poll taxes, literacy tests, property ownership, etc. The goal was an informed and responsible electorate, not maximum participation. @PeterSchiff The goal of an election is good government. It's better to have a good government elected by a minority, then a bad one elected by a majority. I'd rather not qualify to vote personally and have others elect a good government, then participate in the process of electing a bad one.

Yardeni coined the phrase bond vigilantes in the early 1980s to describe investors who want higher yields for government bonds as compensation for rising inflation. In this case, bond vigilantes are reacting to trillions of dollars in coronavirus aid pouring into the economy. They’re skeptical of Federal Reserve Chief Jerome Powell and Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen’s view inflation will be transient. For now, Yardeni is in the transient camp.

For many years, scholars and skeptics and psychologists and sociologists have told us that the disciples experienced a form of cognitive dissonance after Jesus died. It so rocked their world and crushed their expectations that they went into deep denial to the point of believing that Jesus really rose from the dead. To be sure, other scholars have attacked this theory from a number of powerful and persuasive angles, but my book Resurrection tackles it from a different angle. Specifically, I focus on a modern-day, parallel test case that completely demolishes this argument. To give the relevant background, in 1994,...

Some lies are much more hurtful and wicked than others, former FBI director Andrew McCabe Some could already see it coming, yesterday’s US Capitol attack, tied to the orchestrated Jan. 6 ‘insurrection’. These are not passports to health; they are passports straight to hell The latest CDC report shows that approximately 162 million COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered. This number is increasing steadily every day. These results show that millions of Americans are not reluctant to take the vaccine. Despite the impressive distribution statistics, there is not universal support for the vaccine. On almost every major issue in the country there is diversity of opinion and this is certainly true for a topic as controversial as the COVID-19 vaccine.

Journey has reached an “amicable settlement” with a pair of former members that were previously accused of plotting an “ill-conceived” attempt to take over the band’s name. In March 2020, Journey’s Neal Schon and Jonathan Cain fired longtime bassist Ross Valory and drummer Steve Smith after the latter two allegedly tried to fund their retirement by wresting control of the band’s name. Both Schon and Cain and Valory exchanged lawsuits in the legal battle; Skip Miller, a lawyer for Schon and Cain, said at the time of Valory’s countersuit, “The cross-complaint has no merit whatsoever. Valory is out of the...
