March 16 2021 Saints Peter and Paul church, Muscat, Oman Lectionary 245First readingEzekiel 47:1-9,12 ©Wherever the water flows, it will bring life and healthThe angel brought me to the entrance of the Temple, where a stream came out from under the Temple threshold and flowed eastwards, since the Temple faced east. The water flowed from under the right side of the Temple, south of the altar. He took me out by the north gate and led me right round outside as far as the outer east gate where the water flowed out on the right-hand side. The man went to...

Have we turned into a surveillance society of the type that used to be common in the Soviet bloc? Both sides of my wife’s family were broken up during and right after World War II. As a result, she has family in both Poland and Croatia and has kept in close touch with both. We’ve sent our teenage sons to the month-long Polish Scout Camp where they teach the kids fieldcraft and basic survival skills. It isn’t basic training, but the kids build their own camps, prepare their own food, and get ready for another Russian or German invasion. My...

The purposeful dissemination of rancid fake news that ran the epidemic during the Trump Administration as the Democrat activists posing as “journalists” coordinated efforts with the Democrat Party’s never-ending coup d’état efforts have only continued to get worse and worse since Trump left office on January 20. Nazi-style propaganda outlets like the WaPo provide numerous examples of rank news-fakery every day of the week at this point in their desperate efforts to provide cover for the nation-killing policies of China Joe Biden.

There are some policies so clearly in the national interest that they have survived the hyperpartisanship of the presidential transition from Donald Trump to Joe Biden. An example was provided at the March 10 meeting of the World Trade Organization’s Council for Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights. This may seem like a backwater venue, but the issue in question strikes at the core of present and future technological development. Some 100 “poor” countries led by South Africa are pushing for a waiver of intellectual property (IP) protection for vaccines that combat the COVID-19 pandemic. These countries lack the capability...

The trendy Crave restaurant next to Jerusalem’s Mahaneh Yehuda market has been unable to save its own bacon, after Jerusalem Chief Rabbi Shlomo Amar said the word is unkosher and prohibited the establishment from using the term on its menu. Crave, which has had a kashrut license from the Jerusalem Rabbinate ever since it was established, has for several years offered “lamb bacon” on its menu as a topping on burgers and other dishes, as well as making it the hero in a dedicated BLT (bacon, lettuce and tomato) sandwich. Bacon is commonly thought to be solely a pork product...

So here I am drinking my coffee this morning. Just thinking about the America we all knew and loved. It's currently swirling the toilet bowl as a turd created by the dirty people we supposedly elected into office. Agreed that some are pretty decent bit as of late there's very few that are outspoken about the atrocities happening and the burning of our constitution. It seems to me that we all have become complacent. We have all had the incorrect assumption that our elections were free and fair. We have voted for reforms in our schools, doing so has ushered...

After a year now of dealing with the SARS-COV-2 virus, we have learned a great deal about the pandemic. The elusive goal has been to acquire herd immunity and have life go back to normal. However, our mainstream media and some governmental health authorities have ignored parts of the scientific picture that could help us understand herd immunity. They have placed excessive importance on vaccination as the only way to herd immunity. This is not entirely true. There is scientific data showing that we may be closer to herd immunity and the end of the pandemic than the media and...

PITTSBURGH — Easing COVID-19 restrictions presents another challenge for restaurants, especially as the weather gets better: covering shifts. Gov. Tom Wolf’s announcement of loosening the guidelines for businesses was certainly good news for bars and restaurants, as fewer restrictions means more customers. But finding those workers is proving to be more difficult than anyone could have anticipated. Stinky’s Bar and Grill in Lawrenceville has been advertising for a wide variety of positions, but co-owner Valerie Dowds said they are seeing a consistent theme among many of the people interested in the jobs. “They want to come in and interview, but...

Israel's third wave of coronavirus infections saw 148,651 children between 0-16 diagnosed with the virus, compared to 69,599 children during the second wave, Israel Hayom reported. However, there was no rise in the number of hospitalizations. The report, which was based off Health Ministry data, also showed that 38% of children infected in the second wave were haredim, compared to one-third of children infected in the third wave. Overall, 44% of those infected in the second wave were children, compared to 52% of those infected during the third wave. In the first wave, just 2,620 children ages 0-16 were diagnosed...

It was all the rage a few years back. News outlets salivated at the videos and reports of citizens creating public disruptions in dining establishments when they would loudly -- sometimes physically -- disrupt Trump administration figures. The justification for this was the accused human rights abuses taking place with regards to the immigration policies being enforced, leading to accusations of kids being placed in cages, the creation of baby jails, and concentration camps for minors. The emotion was that anyone who was permitting these ‘atrocities’ should not be permitted to dine out in comfort. They should be challenged, and...

It’s just the flu, bro. https://www.theguardian.com/world/live/2021/mar/15/coronavirus-live-news-astrazeneca-finds-no-evidence-of-blood-clot-risk-as-netherlands-suspends-vaccine?page=with:block-604fee338f087820e8b8234d Many countries suspending the use of AstraZeneca Coronavirus vaccine. Any mandatory vaccination program goes firmly against Flubro principles. The vaccine hype train is pushing the benefits of this Coronavirus vaccine hard. Things that are perceived as being critical, essential, beneficial, etc. have a way of becoming mandatory. Without appropriate pushback this mandatory status of the vaccine will happen, it is only a question of where it will happen. - https://www.rt.com/news/518162-astrazenica-italy-vaccine-seizure-manslaughter/ Italy charges people with manslaughter following vaccine related death.

A new mother died Monday night of coronavirus in Hadera's Hillel Yaffe Medical Center, after spending a month hospitalized in serious condition. Her death followed a sudden deterioration in her condition. The baby was delivered several weeks ago, and is doing well. The mother, a 26-year-old resident of Jisr az-Zarqa, was hospitalized a month ago in the coronavirus ward dedicated to caring for pregnant women. After a few days, her condition deteriorated, and it was decided to deliver her via Caesarean section. The baby was delivered in good condition and transferred to the NICU for care. Following the operation, the...

A phenomenon never before seen in America, until now. Recently our team was invited to meet with 2020 election fraud investigators in downtown Austin. Our team, with some of the top criminal profiling talent in the country, was happy to attend. At the last minute, our new pals cancelled their meeting. Since we changed our schedules and lost those days, we decided to hold our own confab. Our team members were the lead builders of one of the world’s most sophisticated criminal profiling systems in use by law enforcement today. SNIP Sovereign crime means your government was a participant, active...

“These are the things you are to do: Speak the truth to one another, render true and perfect justice in your gates. And do not contrive evil against one another, and do not love perjury, because all those are things that I hate—declares the Lord.” These verses, from Zechariah 8:16–17, were discovered in a cave where Jewish refugees hid almost 1900 years ago. The verses, written on dozens of parchment fragments were discovered in a complex and challenging national-archaeological operation undertaken by the Israel Antiquities Authority on the cliffs of the Judean Desert, since 2017, in order to prevent antiquities...

Sandor Mecs was a child when his family lived in the town of Szentendre, Hungary. Today, it is a picturesque town 20 miles north of Budapest that is lined with winding cobblestone streets, colorful centuries-old homes, cottages and churches. It is a tourism center with its flourishing museums, charm and proximity to the capital. While the picturesque footprint was the same for Mecs and his family and thousands of other Hungarians 60 years ago, life in post-World War II Hungary was anything but ideal if you were a free thinker. "At that time, we had become a Stalinized state of...

Make no mistake: It’s not about COVID relief and if it passes, landlords (and private property) are doomed. Without respect to the fact that states have the authority to regulate housing contracts, Ilhan Omar uses a viral smokescreen to begin implementing some of the worst features of Agenda 21, the leftist promise that the government will provide affordable housing for everyone. On March 11, she introduced H.R. 1847, a bill “To suspend obligations of residential renters and mortgagors to make payments during the COVID-19 emergency, and for other purposes.” So far only a draft of the text is available. Essentially,...

If one were to draw up a list of human needs, food and shelter would be at the top. With great respect to Freudians, sex would not be No. 2. The need for meaning would be second only to the need for food. That meaning is more important to happiness than sex is easily shown. A great many people go long periods without sex, and while many of them miss it, if they have meaning in their lives, they can lead quite happy and fulfilling lives. On the other hand, few people who have regular sex but lack meaning are...
