Interesting tweet posted on Twitter. Someone suggested using the Mail Covers Program to check on the Ballot paper trail. Could root out some fraud. Gist of the tweet is that the US Postal service photographs the envelopes of all mail going thru the system, so perhaps the Trump Campaign could do a cross- reference/check of the sent ballots and received ballots to determine if there are extra ballots returned by mail and counted that were not sent out initially...
