Former Vice President Joe Biden is preparing a bevy of executive orders to issue on his first day in the White House that will reverse some of the key policies of the Trump administration.
Biden, whom the Associated Press declared president-elect on Saturday, has already tasked his transition team with focusing on how to leverage the “executive power” of the Oval Office, according to the Washington Post.

This was the problem with Trump governing so much by EOs. Once he’s out of office, with just a stroke of a pen they mean nothing.
When Trump tried to secure the borders with a pause of known terrorist countries sending unvetted illegals, he was called an out of control tyrant, the new Hitler, and a racist. A judge quickly put a restraining order on the action.
Biden will be “in strong, stern control of the ship of state as he guides us out of the murky waters of the Trump era.”
So much for reconciliation and getting along. That statement, like everything else they say, is a lie.

Not necessarily true. Trump tried to get rid of DACA with an executive order and was told he had to follow the legal process which takes about four to six months.
So contract cancellation for wall construction? Hope someone made sure that cancelling is gonna be REAL COSTLY. So if the negative result comes to be, loss of construction jobs, loss of petro jobs, loss of auto worker jobs(if you don’t have petro, what use is a gas powered car?) This list is enormous.
President Trump did not list an expiration date on his Executive Orders.

Weren’t some of Obama’s executive orders held as unreversible by the courts? If (heaven forbid) Biden is actually sworn in, is our side ready to sue over every executive order?
And LBJ could not have gotten Civil Rights passed without the Republicans.
If the corrupt thugs take our White House, we need to do many things to resist, and we need to resist for 4 years (or for however long America’s enemies occupy our White House). One of those is to sue over every executive order overturned. Just as Obama judges claimed Trump could not end DACA, we need to shop for judges who will order the usurper in this stolen election not to overturn Trump’s orders.
