President Trump took to Twitter on Friday to slam former New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg’s pledge to spend $100 million on helping Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden win the battleground state of Florida in November’s general election. Using a derogatory nickname for Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Trump charged that “Mini Mike Bloomberg, after making a total fool of himself as he got badly beaten up by Pocahontas and the Democrats in the Primaries, is at it again. He tried to buy an Election and went away with a major case of Depression. Now he’s throwing money at the Dems, looking...

Van Morrison has described the British government as “fascist bullies disturbing our peace” in one of three new tracks he has written to protest against safety measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19. On No More Lockdown, Morrison sings: “No more lockdown / No more government overreach / No more fascist bullies / Disturbing our peace … No more taking of our freedom / And our God-given rights / Pretending it’s for our safety / When it’s really to enslave …” The song also condemns “celebrities telling us what we’re supposed to feel”, although the 75-year-old Northern Irish songwriter denied...

The Democratic chairs of four House committees asked the Justice Department’s internal watchdog on Friday to open an “emergency investigation” into U.S. Attorney John Durham’s probe of the Obama administration’s Trump-related intelligence activities. “We write to ask that you open an emergency investigation into whether U.S. Attorney General William Barr, U.S. Attorney John Durham, and other Department of Justice political appointees are following DOJ’s longstanding policy to avoid taking official actions or other steps that could improperly influence the upcoming presidential election,” the Democrats wrote to Michael Horowitz, the Justice Department inspector general.

Good indications for continued progress toward peace in the middle-east. President Trump has called for a 2:00pm press conference (not previously scheduled) following an oval office meeting with Amir Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah of the State of Kuwait. This could be yet another partner announcement in the normalization of relations with Israel. CTH predicted Kuwait would be next. It would make sense for Kuwait, Oman and Sudan to come next in the process before the heavy -and more complex- nations (Qatar & Saudi). Protocols and pageantry are culturally very important to the Arab nations and they have a...

China Is Already Breaking Its Vatican Deal Ordinary Catholics deserve to know the details of the arrangement. At a time when much of the rest of the world is starting to wake up to the repression, mendacity, and dangers of the Chinese Communist Party regime, the Vatican is getting even deeper in bed with it. And at a time when that regime is intensifying repression of religion—including Catholics—in China, Pope Francis is renewing an accord with Beijing that has yielded no benefits yet save for President Xi Jinping and only disunity and suffering for the Catholic Church. Two years ago, the...

SAN DIEGO – San Diego County’s Board of Supervisors met with legal counsel behind closed doors Thursday to discuss options should the county soon find itself in a more restrictive state tier which would force some industries to close indoors. The meeting comes just a day after the board formally requested the state remove San Diego State University and other local colleges from the county’s coronavirus case totals, a plea which was flatly rejected by Gov. Gavin Newsom.

Another day, another corrupt Obama judge. Judge Stanley Bastian in Eastern Washington’s US District Court, an Obama appointee on Thursday issued a nationwide injunction blocking Postmaster General Louis DeJoy from making operational changes to the United States Postal Service ahead of the general election. The post office is an establishment in the executive branch and controlled by presidential appointees, but this Obama judge believes he runs the post office and controls the executive branch. The Democrat-media complex exploded last month and accused President Trump of “destroying” the US Postal Service after the President’s newly appointed Postmaster General made structural changes.

The Air Force Secretly Designed, Built, and Flew a Brand-New Fighter Jet And it all happened in just one year. Yes, that's mind-blowing. The U.S. Air Force revealed this week that it has secretly designed, built, and tested a new prototype fighter jet. The fighter, about which we know virtually nothing, has already flown and “broken records.” (The image above is Air Force concept art from 2018). The Air Force must now consider how it will buy the new fighter as it struggles to acquire everything from intercontinental ballistic missiles to bombers. The Air Force’s head of acquisition, Will Roper,...

"The View" co-host Joy Behar defended her use of blackface at a Halloween party many years ago during a testy interview with Republican congressional candidate Kimberly Klacik on Friday. Klacik, who is running in Maryland's 7th District, had been asked about President Trump talking to reporter Bob Woodward on the seriousness of COVID-19 while he was trying to downplay it when he spoke on the issue publicly during the very early days of the global pandemic. "We didn’t handle the pandemic as a country great as a whole," Klacik said, adding, "If you look at cities like Baltimore, you have...

(Under picture of Biden)Audience members watch from their cars as Democratic presidential candidate former Vice President Joe Biden, seen on a monitor, speaks during a CNN town hall in Moosic, Pa., Thursday. (Carolyn Kaster/AP) Joe Biden on Thursday went after President Donald Trump again and again over his handling of COVID-19, calling Trump's downplaying of the pandemic “criminal” and his administration “totally irresponsible."“You’ve got to level with the American people — shoot from the shoulder. There’s not been a time they’ve not been able to step up. The president should step down,” the Democratic presidential nominee said to applause from...

Fairfax County, Virginia’s School Board is planning to scrap admissions tests at the elite Thomas Jefferson High School in favor of a “merit lottery” system meant to admit more “diverse” students. According to a news release from Fairfax County Public Schools, Superintendent Scott S. Braband told the board to change admissions policies at Thomas Jefferson High School, a magnet school rated as the best in the nation, to “promote access to historically underserved students.” The release bemoaned the fact that despite hiring a specialist to recruit minority students and previously altering admissions standards in 2011, a “significant impact” has yet...

After Israel's resounding victory over the Egyptian, Jordanian and Syrian armies in 1967, the Jewish state again offered the Arab world peace in exchange for recognition. And it was again rebuffed. Instead, the Arab League convened in Khartoum to formulate a consensus response that became known as "The 3 Noes" -- no recognition, no negotiations and no peace with Israel. Needless to say, this posture left little room for positive dialogue. Indeed, three years before Israel had ever attained its "occupied" territories in the West Bank, the Arab League had already created and funded the Palestine Liberation Organization, a nationalist...

Scientists Treat Biological Sex as Binary September 18, 2020 | David F. Coppedge Politically-correct influencers cannot deny the obvious forever. Scientists have to deal with reality every day. Scientific papers come and go. They routinely speak of men and women, boys and girls as real and intuitively obvious divisions of human beings. With those genetic distinctions come a lot of propensities of behavior and traits. Just as with the gay gene fiasco (28 Sept 2019), scientists are not finding genes for transgenderism or any of the other 70-some-odd genders invented by activists eager to promote the latest victim class. Some...

After more than three months of daily protests, police in Portland are facing a rise in violent crime and say they are overstretched. Some in the Portland Police Bureau say they expect protests, which have stopped in recent days as smoke from wildfires clouds the city, to resume. Shootings this year have injured 159 people, compared with 88 at this time last year. Only one is known to have occurred during a protest or march. Budget cuts and a rise in retirements made it difficult for the department to find enough officers to handle daily demonstrations against racism and police...

VIDEO OOOPS! Joe Biden did it again. During the middle of an interview with Telemundo News on September 15 Joe Biden made yet another blooper. What made it worse was you can actually see him give an "OOOPS!" look with a side glance at either his teleprompter or one of his handlers before mumbling "I lost that line."

Minnesota has backed Democratic presidential candidates for nearly half a century and rarely receives much attention during the final stages of the race. This is when campaigns typically focus their resources on more traditional swing states like Florida or Pennsylvania. But Minnesota will feel like a genuine battleground on Friday as President Donald Trump and his Democratic challenger, Joe Biden, campaign here to mark the beginning of early voting. They’re expected to avoid the state’s most populated areas near Minneapolis to focus on largely white rural and working-class voters, some of whom shifted to Republicans for the first time in...
