Suspected patients who refuse quarantine or undergo treatment can be fined as much as $2,500, local newspaper JoongAng Ilbo reported Wednesday. VIDEO As expected the Mainstream Media completely shifted gears after the White House Legal Team made their arguments against impeachment to the Senate. In stark contrast to the gushy attitude they displayed towards the House Impeachment managers, the MSM were openly hostile toward those defending President Trump. This November 3 will be a very very tough night for Joe Scarborough.

An alliance of retailers and independent debit card networks has invented a lobbying group aimed at funneling consumers’ money to its members, while ruining credit cards for millions of Americans. The outfit, known as the “Secure Payments Partnership,” claims it supports “greater security” and “innovative solutions and payment systems” for credit card users. What the group really wants is for Congress to install more regulations and government control over credit card payments.Small, regional payment processing companies that use dated and dying PIN-based networks have joined the Secure Payments Partnership in an attempt to strong-arm Congress into requiring old-fashioned personal identification...

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Interior Department is grounding its fleet of about 800 Chinese-made drones but will allow their use for emergency situations, the department said on Wednesday. U.S. Interior Secretary David Bernhardt issued an order affirming a temporary cessation of non-emergency operations adopted in October as it ensures “cybersecurity, technology and domestic production concerns are adequately addressed,” the department said. The order allows for approved situations for emergency purposes, such as fighting wildfires, search and rescue, and dealing with natural disasters that may threaten life or property.” It also allows for training operations. Bernhardt in October also ordered a...

It truly is outrageous that John Bolton is pushing a tell-all book after leaving the Trump White House under strained circumstances — and prior to the 2020 election. Obviously, conservatives were wrong about Mr. Bolton............... John Bolton was recently spotted wandering the streets of Qatar for reasons unknown, sparking questions about why the mustachioed neocon war hawk was in the Middle East. A video of Bolton reportedly walking on a sidewalk in Doha, Qatar was posted on Twitter. Rep. Gosar tweeted out the bizarre video of Bolton walking down the street saying, ” We still don’t know why John Bolton...

Here's hoping 2020 is the best year yet!! President Trump should take the win in the Senate trial without dragging it out, then concentrate on winning the 2020 election with wide coattails, then bide his time as the cases against the various coup plotters wind their way through the justice system. Win the election, hold the senate, take back the house!! And then continue the work of making America great again: Build the wall, enforce the law, deport them all!! End DACA!! End sanctuary cities!! End anchor babies!! Continue cutting regulations, cutting government, cutting spending and cutting taxes!! Continue negotiating...

As federal investigators wrapped up operations at the crash site, the NTSB's Jennifer Homendy said preliminary information suggests the helicopter descended rapidly and was likely in one piece before it slammed into the hill. "The descent rate for the helicopter was over 2,000 feet a minute, so we know that this was a high energy impact crash," Homendy said. "This is a pretty steep descent at high speed. So it wouldn't be a normal landing speed." The crash occurred about 1,085 feet above sea level, missing the top of the hill by 20 to 30 feet, investigators said. Parts of...

With the release of the Trump Middle East peace plan, the “Deal of the Century,” there have been many questions and challenges posed about whether it's good or bad, politically motivated or not, has the potential to do anything toward achieving peace or make things worse, and much more. One thing it does do is that it changes the paradigm from the decades old mantra and largely failed policy of two states along the pre-1967 armistice line (the boundaries following the 1948-49 War of Independence) and makes people look at Israel and the Middle East through a different prism....

Jennifer Rubin, the Washington Post writer and MSNBC contributor who still claims to be a conservative, made a fool of herself once again on Twitter. Last week she swooned over Adam Schiff’s legal skills during the Democrats’ arguments against Trump in the Senate trial. “This is the most brilliant legal presentation I have heard,” she tweeted. “None comes close. The tone, the facts, the anticipated defenses. I am in awe.” Rubin couldn’t help but outdo herself by taking her Trump Derangement Syndrome to the next level Tuesday evening. In order to convince herself the Trump defense team was failing hard,...

Catholic-Protestant Communion Pact Trashes Apostolic Succession Eucharist and Lord's Supper are not identical, warns Vatican cardinal ROME (ChurchMilitant.com) - A German ecumenical declaration on intercommunion between Catholics and Protestants has trashed the ancient doctrine of "apostolic succession" as unverifiable and concluded that the Protestant Lord's Supper is also "valid." "The assumption of an unbroken chain of laying on of hands by the apostles until today ... cannot be proven historically," declares "Together at the Lord's Table: Ecumenical Perspectives in the Celebration of the Lord's Supper and Eucharist." Authored by the Ecumenical Working Group of Protestant and Catholic Theologians, the document suggests that "the...

On January 27th 1945, the Nazi concentration and death camp Auschwitz-Birkenau was liberated by Soviet forces. In 2005, the UN General Assembly adopted a resolution which designated January 27th as “an annual International Day of Commemoration in memory of the victims of the Holocaust” known as International Holocaust Remembrance Day. The Holocaust, or the Shoah (“the catastrophe” in Hebrew), describes the World War II genocide of European Jews. By the end of the deadliest conflict in human history, 6 million Jews (two-thirds of the European Jewish population) had been murdered by Nazi Germany and its collaborators. In addition, 11 million...

Working-class Americans who have been betrayed by globalization of the United States’ economy are turning to President Trump’s economic nationalist Republican Party for support. A report by the New York Times details the shift among U.S. voters. Trump’s GOP is increasingly made up of the working and lower-middle-class devastated by the free trade policies of 30 years, while Democrats represent affluent suburbia and major cities that have bounced back since the Great Recession. Shawn Hoskins, for example, of Dayton, Ohio was a staunch Democrat voter until 2012, when he switched parties. Hoskins told the Times he “liked the way things...

The conservative Club for Growth is going after Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) in a new television ad, accusing the first-term senator and former GOP presidential candidate of siding with Democrats in President Trump’s impeachment proceedings. “There’s Mitt Romney threatening to vote with Democrats again to trot out spotlight-seeking blowhards who will trash President Trump on the witness stand,” a narrator says in the 30-second spot, which is set to begin airing on Fox News on Thursday in Salt Lake City and Washington, D.C.

Posts Posted on January 28, 2020 Why Is It that We Can Endure Great Pain But Only A Little Pleasure? “The Garden of Eden†by Thomas Cole One of the great mysteries of our life in this world is that we can endure more pain than pleasure. Indeed, we can endure only a little pleasure at a time. In fact, too much pleasure actually brings pain: sickness, hangovers, obesity, addiction, laziness, and even boredom. Yet we seem to be able to endure a lot of pain. Some of our pain, whether physical or emotional, can be very intense and...

The New York Times leaked what President Trump’s former national security adviser John Bolton allegedly claimed in his forthcoming book about an August 2019 meeting he held with President Trump regarding Ukraine. Bolton is said to have written that President Trump “wanted to continue freezing $391 million in security assistance to Ukraine until officials there helped with investigations into Democrats including the Bidens.” Senate Democrats and a few Republicans such as Senator Mitt Romney would like to hear Bolton’s first-hand testimony. However, it is much ado about nothing. Bolton's testimony would prove nothing of relevance to the Senate impeachment trial. One...

Don Lemon, alleged news reporter at CNN, had a merry old time making fun of Donald Trump and his supporters on his program with two other yahoos who thought it was hysterical to mock Southern accents and question our ability to read good. After his unbelievably stupid breakdown on air, where he pretended to wipe tears from his eyes because he was laughing so hard, he is now claiming he had no idea what his guests were actually saying. Yeah, right. "This is personally important to me to address this," Lemon said at the end of his show on Tuesday....
