Two of the five men convicted in the savage Bronx slaughter of Lesandro “Junior” Guzman-Feliz showed no remorse during their sentencing Friday as they smirked for the camera and threw up Trinitarios gang signs. Jonaiki Martinez Estrella, 25, and Jose Muniz, 23, were pictured flashing the violent street gang’s signs for a Post photographer before Judge Robert Neary slammed them with hefty jail terms. The gesture which Estrella and Muniz made with their thumb, index finger, and middle finger extended, is the “seven points” sign of the ruthless Dominican gang, a police source told The Post. “I cant believe...

VIDEO My wife convinced me to go to the Casino to hit the slot machines in order to see if we could earn the money back for a dinner we just had. I derided that idea as ridiculous but we still went to the casino. As it turned out, my wife was right. We earned back the money for dinner... and then some. You can see how the slot machine paid up three separate times in this video. If you don't want to hear my spiel then just fast forward to the parts with the slot spins.

Represented by the head of the Pima County Public Defender’s office, Joel Feinman, Daniel Brito appeared in court this week to plead guilty to a 5th degree open felony – assault on an incapacitated person, which will be reduced to a misdemeanor charge in 3 years for good behavior. All was quiet at dawn in the north Berkeley Hills. A few people were out in the early morning darkness, walking dogs, jogging, waiting for the bus. The contrast was stark looking down to the flats where power had not been lost and the lights were still on. A longtime resident on Creston Road, who said he was retired from the tech industry and didn’t want to give his name, was out with a flashlight in case people needed help. “We have elderly people up here,” he said. “I just wanted to make sure no one was panicking.” Like several...

As poor as CNN’s ratings are in the United States, a rational person would conclude that, at some point, the executives who run the place would figure out what they’re doing wrong and fix it so that they could attract more viewers. But CNN isn’t run by rational people. In fact, we believe everyone who works there is certifiably out of their minds. They’d have to be in order to come up with some of the dumbest, tone-deaf, inappropriate, uninteresting, and pointless BS they put on the air. Like holding a “town hall” meeting with a gay man, hosted by...

Trump is not getting thrown out of office. Not with his remarkable record of economic success for the average American worker. Not going to happen. 63 million Trump voters will insure that never happens. We have your back, Mr. President. President Trump has the highest approval rating among Republicans in history. 95%. No one is impeaching this president. Now, let’s discuss why this is happening. Trump touched the third rail of Democrat/Deep State/DC Swamp politics. He asked Ukraine’s President to investigate massive Democrat corruption and theft of taxpayer money. Suddenly alarm bells went off at the DNC. I believe Trump...

There’s a meme that I think I used once here a long while ago, showing a bunch of candles, with the legend: “What did socialists use before candles? Electricity.” This came back to me flying into San Francisco last night from the north, and looking out the window at parts of the state that used to be civilized (i.e., lit with electricity). Welcome to Bolifornia—or is it Calivia? The fun part is all the smug Tesla drivers who can’t charge their cars. (My power has remained on, but I do live in a zone where it might get cut off....

SEATTLE, WA — The sugar coma is real, one Seattle man has learned first hand. Seattle Police say a 44-year-old man broke into a downtown office building Thursday night, then scarfed down hundreds of dollars in chocolate and took a nap. According to police, an employee called 911 after the man broke into an otherwise empty financial office, rearranged a painting then set his sights on a glass bowl full of sweets. When officers arrived at the 600 block of Union Street, they found the man had taken off his shoes, watch and jacket and was relaxing on a couch,...

Those Knightscope security robots may not be so great at their jobs. When a woman in a park near Los Angeles saw people fighting and tried to summon help via a police robot patrolling nearby, the robot merely told her to "step out of the way" and continued along its pre-determined route, according to NBC News. No help came until the spectators called 911 directly, raising the question of what, if any, function these robots are actually supposed to serve. It turns out that the robot, a K5 model named "HP RoboCop", patrols the park on behalf of the police...

Inventor James Dyson shows electric cars are too easy to make. That’s why his US$2.5 billion project was doomed to fail Dyson has now abandoned its £2 billion plan to branch out and take on the likes of Tesla and Volkswagen Whereas cars with a combustion engine need about 30,000 components, an electric vehicle needs just 11,000 parts, according to Goldman Sachs Dozens of start-ups have entered the fray over the past few years, from Tesla and Lucid Motors in the US, to Byton and NIO in China. Since 2011, electric vehicle start-ups have raised US$18 billion in funding, and...

..Tells Us Much About His Political Theatrics During a recent Congressional hearing on the Trump/Zelensky whistleblower complaint, House Intel Committee Chair Adam Schiff (D-CA) despicably engaged in a parody reading of the call’s transcript, just outright making up things about the call that weren’t said. Republicans were rightly outraged over the theatrical stunt for two reasons: 1) It made a mockery of the seriousness of the hearings and 2) The words weren’t Trump’s. At all. As even Democrat journalist George Stephanopoulos noted when correcting House Speaker Pelosi’s comments on the issue last week, Schiff’s accounting of the call was his...

Biden: Trump Is Too Weak on China Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden blasted President Donald Trump in a speech Wednesday for being too soft on the Chinese, a departure from his previous dismissal of China as a threat. The former vice president was giving a campaign speech in New Hampshire when he accused Trump of abdicating U.S. leadership and embracing Chinese authoritarianism. “He is commander in chief of the most powerful military in the history of the world,” Biden said. “He’s supposed to be the leader of the free world. Yet with the free world under threat of advancing authoritarianism,...

During an interview with reporters, Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr referenced “America’s record of human rights abuses” and framed those alleged abuses around AR-15s. Kerr made this statement in response to a question about whether he has been asked about human rights while traveling to China. Kerr responded, “No,” then added, “Nor has our [America’s] record of human rights abuses come up either. You know, things that our country needs to look at and resolve, that hasn’t come up either. None of us are perfect.” He said, “People in China didn’t ask me about, you know, people owning AR-15s...

Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards fought Saturday to hang on to a rare Democratic governorship in Deep South Trump territory against a national GOP offensive aimed at forcing him into a runoff. Republicans were trying to hold Edwards under the 50% benchmark the region's only Democratic governor needed to win outright over five others in the field. President Donald Trump made a last-minute appeal to Louisiana's voters to reject Edwards. Edwards, Louisiana's only Democratic statewide elected official, faced two main GOP challengers, U.S. Rep. Ralph Abraham and businessman Eddie Rispone. But three lesser-known contenders also could peel off a few...

Californians who screech about climate change were furious after discovering that the expensive solar panels they installed on their rooftops don’t work during a blackout unless they buy an equally expensive battery system. This week, a mass power outage occurred when utility company PG&E (Pacific Gas and Electric Co.) shut down the electric grid in Northern California to prevent wildfires, which have been ravaging the state. The grid shutdown in 34 counties caused more than 738,000 area customers to lose power, KCRA reported. The irony is that California’s insistence on solar panel installation has not helped at all during the...
