Last night Fox New’s Ms. Megyn “too-cute-by-half†Kelly coordinated with her smug and condescending GOP crew to promote a National Review Article attacking GOP Frontrunner Donald J Trump. (video here of the smugfest)

John Kerry said Monday that "the world is safer today" because of the Iran nuclear deal. Details of how loud and long the mullahs laughed have not been released. In reality, the world is more threatened than ever by an aggressive and assertive Iran, confident and swaggering after besting Kerry at the negotiating table. As the International Atomic Energy Agency certified Iran's compliance with the stipulations of the nuclear deal and the U.S. and EU ended sanctions against the Islamic Republic, the head of Iran's armed forces, Major General Hassan Firouzabadi, was not in a conciliatory mood. After Iran seized...

I set about gathering reports on the Islamic advance across the West with the plan to write up one week's worth of information. However, at the mid-week point it became clear that the post would be much too long if I went the entire week. So I stopped. What you find below is a sample of overt and abject barbarism; stealth advance; and Western weakness, stupidity, and dhimmitude that unfolded in just under four days.

The current news, reported in the Journal and elsewhere, is that her server contained information at the highest level of classification, known as SAP, or Special Access Program. This is a level so high that even the inspector general for the intelligence community who reported the discovery did not initially have clearance to examine it. The server also contained messages showing her contempt for classification procedures. This was bred at least in part by obvious familiarity with exactly "how it works"--such as when, an email shows, she directed a staff member simply to erase the heading on a classified document,...

Ousted Mozilla CEO Brendan Eich has a new Internet browser, and it's nothing less than you'd expect from the creator of JavaScript and co-founder of the company behind FireFox. Brave is a new browser that aims to "fix the Web." How? By blocking everything except the content you explicitly want. That means no ads, no cookies, nothing that you haven't personally requested from the Internet. The exceptions are extremely specific, and the approach is as aggressive as the ads themselves.

The Washington Post has a very in-depth report tonight about his role in the bankruptcy of his Taj Mahal Atlantic City casino back in 1991. They concluded that Trump has repeatedly “play[ed] down his personal role†in its downfall. And Trump responded by warning the paper he might sue them. The Post––which chronicles Trump’s history in the casino business––obtained documents showing plenty of the people he interacted with at the time were very bitter because of unfulfilled promises. At one point, the report features Trump’s testimony before the Casino Control Commission years before, in which he argued to get a casino license....

Former governor Sarah Palin is an intelligent person, contrary to how liberals have tried to portray her. So it seemed to me that, if anybody could explain why they were promoting the candidacy of Donald Trump, it would be Governor Palin. But I listened in vain for any evidence or logic that would provide a reason to vote for Donald Trump for the office of President of the United States. There were lots of ringing assertions, just as in Trump's own speeches, but no convincing facts or demonstrable reasons. After all these months, no coherent plans have emerged from the...

With its slightly chipped red grip and retro look, it could be the hand control for a Scalextric set or games console. In fact, the device seen here for the first time is the trigger to Britain’s nuclear deterrent, a button that when pressed could destroy hundreds of thousands of lives. It is in the hand of Lieutenant Commander Woods, the weapons engineer officer on HMS Vigilant, one of four Vanguard class submarines that carries up to eight Trident missiles armed with nuclear warheads. The 38-year-old father of three has spent 16 years training for the moment when Vigilant’s commanding...

Hot chilli peppers have been credited with helping to lose weight, inducing labour and relieving pain. But until Wilbur Scoville, there was no objective way of measuring how hot chillies really are. Scoville, an American chemist born 151 years ago on Friday, is responsible for the "Scoville organoleptic test", a scale of "hotness" that has been the definitive rating of how spicy a chilli is for more than 100 years. On his birthday, Google has saluted Scoville with an interactive Doodle that asks visitors to assist his experiments by cooling the chillies' heat.

What is striking in this history is the manifest hand of providence in the work of redemption. God is a God of long-range planning. He does not succumb to the all-too-human tendency toward immediate gratification and short-term goals. God sees the end from the beginning and rules the course of history, moving it inexorably toward its appointed destiny. In the affairs of the life of Abraham, God was providentially directing history toward David's kingship and far beyond to the kingship of Christ. The genealogies show that the first advent of Christ was not an afterthought in God's mind, a sudden...

Bernie Sanders Top 5 Quotes #5. "Education should be a right, not a privilege. We need a revolution in the way that the United States funds higher education." #3. "Social Security is a promise that we cannot and must not break."#2. Texas is not Hillary Clinton country. The former secretary of state made a fundraising stop in Beaumont, Texas Wednesday and KFDM reports only six people showed up at the airport to greet Clinton. “Some people just wanted to catch a glimpse of the presidential candidate,†according to the reporter who was on hand. But that didn’t happen. The news report shows Hillary’s motorcade driving quickly out of the airport. She didn’t say hello or visit with anyone while at the airport,†according to KFDM. Meanwhile, 12 News Now reports Clinton was in West Beaumont to attend a fundraiser organized by...

Because the vast rightwing conspiracy continues to advance the story that Hillary’s top TOP secret unsecured emails jeopardized U.S. lives and operations, and because Bernie could be said to be surging in the polls, she was forced to roll out the old Bubba to woo the ladies back into her web.And while it sure looked to me like Bubba had a fly on his forehead in that video, I must have had yesterday’s Shinola on my mind because it turns out it wasn’t a fly after all, it was just a boo-boo.Whew - those corners are sharp! And the years...

With record background checks being conducted on gun sales, the FBI's National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) is becoming overwhelmed. It's got to the point where people filing petitions from would-be buyers who were denied transfers have been put on the backburner, possibly denying many citizens of their Second Amendment rights. There aren't enough NICS analysts, of which there are less than 100, and employees for the database have been denied annual leave since before Thanksgiving (via USA Today):

Democrat frontrunner Hillary Clinton is not the warm and fuzzy type. In fact, she often treats her supporters with what can only be described as thinly veiled contempt. You would think the former Secretary of State would show more appreciation to her followers, particularly in Texas, where her fan-base is small. KFDM reports that during a fundraising stop in Beaumont, Texas Wednesday, the Democrat presidential candidate was greeted by a mere six people. Rather than show warmth and gratitude, however, she chose to ignore them. "Some people just wanted to catch a glimpse of the presidential candidate," said one witness. No chance. Hillary's...

There are no plans to discontinue the construction of Project 677 Lada-class diesel-electric submarines (SSK) yet, Deputy Navy Commander-in-Chief Vice Admiral Alexander Fedotenkov told journalists on Thursday. The second and third submarines, the Kronstadt and Velikiye Luki, will be delivered later than scheduled in 2019 but the Russian Navy says the class is much quiter compared to the Project 636 Kilo-class. Lada class Diesel Electric Submarine (SSK) Project 677 "The Navy will decide on how many Project 677 Lada submarines it needs based on the outcome of the operational evaluation of the Kronstadt and Velikiye Luki submarines. The termination of...

Attacking Bernie Sanders' health care plans didn't seem to work, so now Hillary Clinton is questioning his foreign policy chops. The former secretary of state is getting more nervous about her previously unchallenged primary win. If New Hampshire is any indication (where Sanders is ahead by almost 30 points) Clinton should be very worried about who will be standing on the Philadelphia podium July. No wonder then why she's now stepping up her criticism of her opponent. At a campaign event in Indianola, Iowa, Clinton told the crowd why she's worried about Sanders being commander-in-chief: "Now, Sen. Sanders doesn't talk very much about foreign policy....

In the past few days, Trump has received unlikely public praise from GOP luminaries who said they would prefer him to his main rival, Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas. In private, some veteran conservative Republicans have been reaching out to Trump. And Trump himself called the ultimate establishment figure in Washington, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, for a talk late last year.

Baskets Series Premiere Recap: Bakersfield Blues By Andrew Lapin Feel that dry heat in the air? Alt comedians are having a moment with Bakersfield, California. Situated midway between L.A. and the Bay Area, the inland desert region is the setting for Rick Alverson's Entertainment, a horrifying feature that follows an obnoxious comic as he performs his gimmicky stand-up act to indifferent crowds. (I liked it, but it isn't an easy sit.) Now the new FX series Baskets charts a similar character — a pretentious aspiring clown who takes a job entertaining indifferent crowds at the local rodeo. Not since Five...

CHINA TRANSLATED: Entertaining Politics; Politicized Entertainment By James Yu, Epoch Times January 20, 2016 Last Updated: January 21, 2016 8:22 pm /snip Best of Weibo On the Chou Tzu-yu incident @MyDF: "China's politics looks pretty entertaining, and the entertainment industry looks pretty political." --Qiwenlu @ResetTor: "One of the most ridiculous things about China is the following fact: From Party officials to common people, almost everyone chooses to emigrate if given the opportunity. In the meantime, they like to forcibly impose what they think on foreign people, and sometimes even force others to admit 'they are Chinese.' Such nationalist behavior is...
