Another reason why people are leaving the church.
We’ve got women in combat and special operations let’s see how well that works.
I get preached to all the time with the exception of the hour or so I am at Mass by my wife and other women in the neighborhood. Mass should be a place of peace, not an extension of the Hell many of us are experiencing the rest of the week.
Rush nailed it last month: “I’m old enough to remember when ‘Is the Pope Catholic?’ was a rhetorical question.”
Well, it appears the Vatican is hell-bent to try and emulate and implement the same apostasies the the Episcopal Church (TEC) did and we know how well that worked out. TEC, in my opinion, stands for “trashing everything Christian”.
Is the pope a Marxist? Is it possible to be a Catholic Marxist? (Hint: No).
Are males and females interchangeable? Are there specific roles for male and females that are essential to emotional and physical health of babies? Is there design in male and female? Are there Natural instincts in people that should never be deformed and perverted by culture?
Stripping all Reason and Logic from Natural Law Theory (Western Civilization which created the Age of Reason and “pretending” women are just like men for the gender confusion needed in children so the elites can make boys believe they are girls and girls are boys for the utopia of irrationality (artificial realities/Brave New World/ trans-humanism)-—for that Marxism/Darwinism and Malthusian/atheist worldview. Hmmmmm. What is wrong with this picture?
It’s about time! I have yet to hear a sound logical reason why a woman can not perform this function. It’s not like the muscular job of a Fireman.
I remember discussing the topic of Catholic celibate priests versus Protestant married ministers. He gave good reasons for having married priests and I thought I gave good reasons for unmarried priests. The kicker in this discussion, he was (still is) Catholic and I’m Protestant.
No laity of either sex may deliver the homily (’preach’) at mass. Only an ordained minister teaches in this capacity.
Pretending it’s a woman’s issue sneaks it in via a side door and distorts the fundamental issue. This seems to be a routine tactic for this pontificate.
I’m not sure how this helps gays, unless the Pope also includes transgenders.
No. Next question.
Why not?
.
NO!
He is claiming greater authority than St. Paul, then.
“Sister Madeleine Fredell remarks that she is allowed to preach in Lutheran churches...”
We all know the sort of Lutherans that would allow a Catholic nun to preach to them. I mean come on already.
Freegards
Won’t happen.
Very happy with my first two SSPX Masses. Also with a very thoughtful Examination of Conscience and Absolution by SSPX priest.
