Intended Catholic Dictatorship

Intended Catholic Dictatorship

The ultimate intention of Catholicism is the restoration of the Holy Roman Empire. That has always been the ambition, at least covertly, but now it is being promoted overtly and openly.

The purpose of this article is only to make that intention clear. It is not a criticism of Catholics or Catholicism (unless you happen to think a Catholic dictatorship is not a good thing).

The most important point is to understand that when a Catholic talks about liberty or freedom, it is not individual liberty that is meant, not the freedom to live one's life as a responsible individual with the freedom to believe as one chooses, not the freedom to pursue happiness, not the freedom to produce and keep what one has produced as their property. What Catholicism means by freedom, is freedom to be a Catholic, in obedience to the dictates of Rome.

The Intentions Made Plain

The following is from the book Revolution and Counter-Revolution:

"B. Catholic Culture and Civilization

"Therefore, the ideal of the Counter-Revolution is to restore and promote Catholic culture and civilization. This theme would not be sufficiently enunciated if it did not contain a definition of what we understand by Catholic culture and Catholic civilization. We realize that the terms civilization and culture are used in many different senses. Obviously, it is not our intention here to take a position on a question of terminology. We limit ourselves to using these words as relatively precise labels to indicate certain realities. We are more concerned with providing a sound idea of these realities than with debating terminology.

"A soul in the state of grace possesses all virtues to a greater or lesser degree. Illuminated by faith, it has the elements to form the only true vision of the universe.

"The fundamental element of Catholic culture is the vision of the universe elaborated according to the doctrine of the Church. This culture includes not only the learning, that is, the possession of the information needed for such an elaboration, but also the analysis and coordination of this information according to Catholic doctrine. This culture is not restricted to the theological, philosophical, or scientific field, but encompasses the breadth of human knowledge; it is reflected in the arts and implies the affirmation of values that permeate all aspects of life.

"Catholic civilization is the structuring of all human relations, of all human institutions, and of the State itself according to the doctrine of the Church.

Got that? "Catholic civilization is the structuring of all human relations, of all human institutions, and of the State itself according to the doctrine of the Church." The other name for this is called "totalitarianism," the complete rule of every aspect of life.

This book and WEB sites like that where it is found are spreading like wildfire. These people do not believe the hope of America is the restoration of the liberties the founders sought to guarantee, these people believe the only hope for America is Fatima. Really!

In Their Own Words

The following is from the site, "RealCatholicTV." It is a plain call for a "benevolent dictatorship, a Catholic monarch;" their own words. They even suggest that when the "Lord's Payer," is recited, it is just such a Catholic dictatorship that is being prayed for.

Two Comments

First, in this country, freedom of speech means that anyone may express any view no matter how much anyone else disagrees with that view, or is offended by it. I totally defend that meaning of freedom of speech.

This is what Catholics believe, and quite frankly, I do not see how any consistent Catholic could disagree with it, though I suspect some may. I have no objection to their promoting those views, because it is what they believe. Quite frankly I am delighted they are expressing them openly. For one thing, it makes it much easier to understand Catholic dialog, and what they mean by the words they use.

Secondly, I think if their views were actually implemented, it would mean the end true freedom, of course, but I do not believe there is any such danger.

When we become new creatures it not a *POOF* and you're good. God puts His Spirit in us to walk in His ways. WE can decide which way to choose but our Heavenly Father watches over us and guides our paths.

Then why are those who remain "old creaures" punished for being unable to please God? How can someone "sin" if he is unable to choose between good and evil? Is it right to punish a blind man because he cannot see?

++++ Thou lovest all things that are, and hatest nothing of the things that Thou hast made (Wisd. xi, 25).+++

That is not inspired scripture..If one does not understand the wrath of God, one does not understand His holiness and how sin offends Him , if one does not understand the righteousness if they do not understand His wrath at sin

Apparently Catholics fail to understand any of that, that is why they do not understand what happened on Calvary and they think that do things that will please God and earn His love and heaven.

One that fails to understand the ENTIRETY of the attributes of God and limit Him have built a false god of their own making .

It is the holiness and righteousness and the Justice of God that we see through His wrath.

The wrath of God was satisfied at the cross for those that come in faith.. those that refuse to come will one day stand under that wrath .

Read the prophets sometimes and see how God chose to deal with those that had false gods that rejected Him.

Jeremiah 30:23-24 23 Behold the storm of the LORD! Wrath has gone forth, a whirling tempest; it will burst upon the head of the wicked. 24 The fierce anger of the LORD will not turn back until he has executed and accomplished the intentions of his mind. In the latter days you will understand this.

Nahum 1:2-9 2 The LORD is a jealous and avenging God; the LORD is avenging and wrathful; the LORD takes vengeance on his adversaries and keeps wrath for his enemies. 3 The LORD is slow to anger and great in power, and the LORD will by no means clear the guilty. His way is in whirlwind and storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet. 4 He rebukes the sea and makes it dry; he dries up all the rivers; Bashan and Carmel wither; the bloom of Lebanon withers. 5 The mountains quake before him; the hills melt; the earth heaves before him, the world and all who dwell in it. 6 Who can stand before his indignation? Who can endure the heat of his anger? His wrath is poured out like fire, and the rocks are broken into pieces by him. 7 The LORD is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; he knows those who take refuge in him. 8 But with an overflowing flood he will make a complete end of the adversaries, and will pursue his enemies into darkness. 9 What do you plot against the LORD? He will make a complete end; trouble will not rise up a second time.

Christ received the wrath of God that had been stored up in the divine anger against every sin that had ever been committed.

If one does not understand that one does not understand the cross and the terrible punishment Christ took in our name.. Jesus vindicated the righteousness of the father on that cross,,

God delivered up his son to endure the punishment of hell that we all deserve..

“The wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men . . . “ (Romans 1:18).

Displeasing God is simply knowing what is considered unholy, unpure, and
unworthy in His sight.

++++Lets, face dear RN,the Calvinist view of God is closer to the muslim view of God with it’s warped misunderstanding of wrath and hate attributed to God __+++++++

Not one of us have kissed or shown honor to the Koran
...The problem is Catholics give lip service to the attributes of God but really do not believe them

A study guide for reflection by the navigators

God is Jehovah. The name of independent being—“I AM WHO I AM”—only belongs to Jehovah God. As we consider His greatness, we fall down in fear and awe of this One who possesses all authority. Exodus 3:13-15

God is Jehovah-M’Kaddesh. This name means “the God who sanctifies.” A God separate from all that is evil requires that the people who follow Him be cleansed from all evil. Leviticus 20:7,8

God is infinite. We cannot speak of measure, amount, size, or weight and at the same time be speaking of God, for He is beyond measurement. God has no beginning, no end, and no limits. Romans 11:33

God is omnipotent. God has power. Since God is also infinite, whatever He has must be without limit; therefore, God has limitless power. Jeremiah 32:17,18, 26,27

God is good. The goodness of God is what disposes Him to be kind, benevolent, and full of good will toward all creation. Psalm 119:65-72

God is love. God’s love is so great that He gave His only Son to bring us into fellowship with Him. God’s love not only encompasses the world, but embraces each of us personally and intimately. 1 John 4:7-10

God is Jehovah-jireh. This name means “the God who provides.” Just as He provided yesterday, He will provide tomorrow. He grants deliverance from sin, the oil of joy for the ashes of sorrow, and eternal citizenship in His Kingdom. Genesis 22:9-14

God is Jehovah-shalom. This name means “the God of peace.” God could never give to others a peace that exceeds understanding if He Himself were not perfect, unfailing peace. Judges 6:16-24

God is immutable. All that God is, He has always been. All that He has been and is, He will ever be. He cannot change because He is perfect and will remain perfect. Psalm 102:25-28

God is transcendent. We must not think of God as highest in an order of beings. This would be to grant Him eminence, even pre-eminence, but this is not enough. He is transcendent—existing beyond the created universe. Psalm 113:4,5

God is just. God rules with absolute justice. Not fooled by appearances, God is fair, equitable, and impartial in all of His judgments. Psalm 75:1-7

God is holy. God’s holiness is not simply the best we know made infinitely better. God is absolutely untainted. His holiness stands apart—unique and incomprehensible. Revelation 4:8-11

God is Jehovah-rophe. This name means “Jehovah heals.” God alone has the remedy for the healing of mankind. The Gospel is concerned with the physical, moral, and spiritual healing of all people. Exodus 15:22-26

God is self-sufficient. He is the One who contains all, who gives all that is given, but who Himself can receive nothing that He has not first given. Acts 17:24-28

God is omniscient. God knows all that can be known. His knowledge includes every possible thing that exists, has ever existed, or will ever exist. Psalm 139:1-6

God is omnipresent. God is everywhere—close to everything, next to everyone. “‘Do not I fill heaven and earth?’ declares the Lord.” Psalm 139:7-12

God is merciful. God’s compassion is infinite and inexhaustible. In the mercy of His provision in Christ, He took upon Himself the judgment that was due us. He waits and works now for all people everywhere to turn to Him, not wanting any to be lost. Deuteronomy 4:29-31

God is sovereign. God is in control of our lives. His sovereignty is the attribute by which He rules His entire creation. To be sovereign, God must be all-knowing and all-powerful. 1 Chronicles 29:11-13

God is Jehovah-nissi. This name means “God our banner.” We may go from triumph to triumph and say, “Thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ” (1 Corinthians 15:57). Exodus 17:8-15

God is wise. All God’s acts are done in infinite wisdom. He always acts for our good, which is to conform us to Christ. Our good and His glory are inextricably bound together. Proverbs 3:19,20

God is faithful. Our hope for the future rests upon God’s faithfulness. Because He is faithful, His covenants will stand and His promises will be honored. Psalm 89:1-8

God is wrathful. God’s wrath is never capricious, self-indulgent, or irritable, as human anger often is. Instead, it is a right and necessary reaction to objective moral evil. Nahum 1:2-8

God is full of grace. Grace is the good pleasure of God that inclines Him to grant merit where it is undeserved and to forgive debt that cannot be repaid. Ephesians 1:5-8

God is our Comforter. Jesus called the Holy Spirit the “Comforter.” Paul writes that the Lord is “the God of all comfort.” 2 Corinthians 1:3,4

God is El-Shaddai. This name means “God Almighty.” It is best understood as God who is all-sufficient and all-bountiful—the source of all blessings, fullness, and fruitfulness. Genesis 49:22-26

God is Father. The Creator of the universe cares for each one of us as if we are the only child He has. Jesus taught us to pray, “Our Father” (Matthew 6:9). The Spirit of God taught us to cry, “Abba, Father,” as in the intimacy of the family. Romans 8:15-17

God is the Church’s head. God the Son, Jesus, is the head of the Church. The head—as the part of the body that sees, hears, thinks, and decides—gives the orders that the rest of the body lives by. Ephesians 1:22,23

God is our intercessor. Knowing our temptations, God the Son intercedes for us. He opens the doors for us to boldly ask Him for mercy. Thus, God is both the starting point and ending point of true prayer. Hebrews 4:14-16

God is Adonai. This name means “Master” or “Lord.” God as Adonai calls all God’s people to acknowledge themselves as His servants, recognizing His right to command them as the Lord of their lives. 2 Samuel 7:18-20

God is Elohim. This name means “Strength” or “Power.” He is transcendent, mighty, and strong. Elohim is the great name of God, signifying supreme power, sovereignty, and a covenant relationship that He is ever faithful to keep. Genesis 17:7,8

Amen, RnMom!

If we do not understand sin and how much God hates that sin, we cannot understand the terrible depths that God has saved us from.

Understanding what God hates helps us to know what God loves...and why. Because what God hates detracts from His glory and what God loves reflects His glory.

No matter how much you post the Scripture that “God hates”, the hate is not attributed to God or hate would part of God’s essence. Hate is an imperfection that is opposite of Love.

The hate your reading into is attributed to the imperfection(sin),not Love (Who God is) and wrath is hatred of that love that torments someone because of sin imperfection

Again, Aquinas proves you wrong... “Everything imperfect must proceed from something perfect: therefore the First Being must be most perfect.

Everything is perfect inasmuch as it is in actuality; imperfect, inasmuch as it is in potentiality, with privation of actuality. That then which is nowise in potentiality, but is pure actuality, must be most perfect; and such is God.

In other words..... The imperfection that proceeds from perfection is not of of God who made all things good..We must therefore arrive at some first good thing, which is not good by participation in reference to anything else, but is good by its own essence; and that is God

Hence the answer given to Moses by the Lord, when he sought to see the divine face or glory: I will show thee all good (Exod. xxxiii, 19).

Pope JPII lived the Gospel according to the Scripture

...Love your enemies: do good to them that hate you: and pray for them that persecute and calumniate you-Matt 5:44

It is the hatred of the Love that John Paul II showed towards others that bothers people to want to persecute him even after he has died

What John Paul did was bow before a false god.. no where does Scripture indicate THAT is love..

What is love is bringing the gospel , telling men about Christ.. and telling them to repent and believe the gospel or the wrath of God will fall on them

Would that be popular.?? Nope

Would the world think he was a swell and tolerant guy if he did that ? NO

Real love is not letting people go to hell without being given the gospel ..They hung Jesus you know? A measure of our love is not being loved by them,or popular

Luk 6:22 Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you [from their company], and shall reproach [you], and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake.

“”I wonder what Catholics think Christ suffered on the cross or why He did it.””

He did it to destroy death and for our Salvation that shows us love is stronger than death and sin

Let’s use the words of Blessed JP II since you want to single him out

From world youth day speech 2003
We Wish to see Jesus
http://www.vatican.va/holy_father/john_paul_ii/messages/youth/documents/hf_jp-ii_mes_20040301_xix-world-youth-day_en.html

Do not be surprised, then, when you meet the Cross on your way. Did not Jesus say to his disciples that the grain of wheat must fall into the earth and die in order to bear much fruit (cf. Jn 12:23-26)? He was indicating in this way that his life given unto death would bear fruit. You know this: after the resurrection of Christ, death shall no longer have the last word. Love is stronger than death. If Jesus accepted death on the cross, thus making it the source of life and the sign of love, he did so not out of weakness, or because he wished to suffer. He did so to gain our salvation and to allow us henceforth to take part in his divine life-Pope John Paul II

The good Dr. E. had some problems with the Incarnation of Jesus.

You've made this crude and loony statement before, Mark.

Really? I don't remember making any crude or loony statements.

What could you possibly mean by it?

The role of Mary as Mother of God, for instance. The role of Jesus as Saviour of the World, for another.

Or are you mind-reading again?

I'd have to get my scanning electron microscope again. :)

The muslim says the same thing about the wrath of God falling on you if you don't follow their beliefs,so if you take that approach you are no different than them.

Showing love(what God is)towards others offers the best chance to change hearts of man.

They may accept that love and BE open to the Gospel or may kill you just like many martyrs that have died for love of God, but they cannot ever destroy the love you exuded because it lives on through the witness of our lives even after death

Until you grasp this you will never understand the strength of love (who God is)

The Reformed believe in God,

As you have so very well demonstrated, not the Christian God. An odd mix of Christian names and terms applied to pagan concepts such as the wrath and hatred of many, versus the love and mercy towards all taught by Jesus.

unlike Mother Teresa whose faith did not sustain her. For the last 50 years of her life she was an unbeliever. That is very sad.

Negative. She was not an unbeliever; she, following in a similar experience to some of the great Christian mystics such as Mother Teresa is not the only modern saint to have undergone such a trial of faith; one thinks also of precursors like St. Paul of the Cross, and St. Jane Frances de Chantal (1572-1641), and Ste. Thérèse of Lisieux (1873-1897), the French Carmelite famous for her “Little Way.”

She had no atheism or unbelief; she had an intense spiritual struggle which many people are spared. She endured to the very end, as Jesus and Paul and indeed, much of the NT message teaches us. I don't find her to be worthy of the contempt shown by many. I see the depth of her struggles, comparing them to the fatuous and sneering smugness of the OSAS crowd or the predestination crowd, and find her, not them, as Paul tells us, to imitate him as he imitates Christ.

So, even though the OPC practices paedobaptism, about 1/4 of their members are not baptized. Isn't that an odd thing all by itself? I wonder if that means that the 1/4 is not predestined to be saved, and therefore it doesn't matter if they are baptized or not. If not, what might the reason be?

The commment of "Doctor" Eckleburg's that I was replying to:

Perhaps muslims aren't such an enemy of Rome afteraall. Perhaps muslims serve a purpose of Rome by further destroying people and cultures which are not under Rome's control.

I just can't believe anyone posted that. Honestly, it reeks. American men, some of them my relatives, fought, suffered, and died in battle with Moslems, and Dr. E. says that. At one time, "Doctor" E. had a comment similar to that removed by the mod.

I guess it's okay, now, to say that Catholics and Moslems are in league to kill "Rome's" enemies, even though good Catholic men and women are serving (and dying) in the US Armed Forces against them. I think it's disgusting. People who spread defamation will answer for every word they say, though. I leave them to God.

You guys give me Paul and Isaiah. I give you Jesus.

Actually Mark, I quoted Jesus to you.

Generally speaking, you guys post Paul, and then Isaiah. Rarely is Jesus posted, except in out of context snippets. I will say that in the specific post you did post John, and five verses in a row, at that. However, the verses did not address what you claimed; the Johannine verses I posted to you did address that subject; to which I have not seen you reply.

but we need to remember that all the words of scripture are equally inspired.

Only if you believe that the words of the Chroncler are equal to those quotations from Christ. As an orthodox Christian, I reject that view. And your statement is NOT supported anywhere in Scripture itself. Jesus is my Lord and Saviour and He is God. The words of Jesus are more important to me than, say, Obadiah.

I am a sinner saved by grace.

If you still are here and not Judged, you are not saved yet.

You changed the quotation of my post to mean something else entirely, with the context of excerpting it verbatim from me. Something that I would not post at all since it is at odds with my publically stated beliefs.

I don't see an explanation, nor do I see an apology. Odd; I had not previously experienced such behaviour in our discourse.

He did it to destroy death and for our Salvation that shows us love is stronger than death and sin

Why was suffering necessary to do that? Or was it?

How does that cross "save" us?
