He's going to fight like a Bengal Tiger... Hah, anyone got a pic of a dead or tranquilized tiger being carried on a pole? All I can find is a jaguar:
BTTT for later. Time to go home!

Hands horizontal, elbows held to each side of his rib cage in line with each other. When he makes a point watch the hands go up and down two to three times. Then a hand "reset" and repeat the amazing "Davis robot hand action".Also widely referred to as the "patented karate-chop" hand gestures.

In order for the idiot to resign he would have to have something he doesn't even know exists: a sense of honor. Remember, he has been taking advice from Bill The Rat Clinton.

The California Constitution is clear that he cannot be on the ballot. The Court case was an obvious stall tactic. Just look at the timing. The Dem party has until Saturday to produce Madame X.

If Davis vacates his office post-certification (which is where we already are), prior to the recall election, the recall election proceeds anyway. Lt. Gov. Bustamante would become governor in the interim, but he only could remain there if the recall failed to win a majority.
Cal. Elections Code section 11302 states, in part:
If a vacancy occurs in an office after a recall petition is filed against the vacating officer, the recall election shall nevertheless proceed. The vacancy shall be filled as provided by law, but any person appointed to fill the vacancy shall hold office only until a successor is selected in accordance with Article 4 (commencing with Section 11360) or Article 5 (commencing with Section 11380), and the successor qualifies for that office.
Sorry if someone has already posted this. I searched for but didn't find any references to "11302."

The fact that Arnold made it big as an immigrant is the ONLY thing that he has going for him, and it doesn't even fill up a thimbleful of warm spit. Outside of that, he is nearly indistinguishable from the run-of-the-mill DemonRAT.
Heck, let's take a look at that issue. Does Arnold want to recreate the conditions that made immigrants successful, or does he want to extend the welfare state to the latest crop of freeloaders? It sure looks like the latter to me.
As for your last line, I seem to smell ozone in the air.

I don't think term limits apply here since, if by some curse he's selected, he'd be filling out the remainder of his term.

What a great GIF! Makes me want to move back to CA to vote for Arnold. My youngest daughter said we need to go back to CA after he has been in office because the State will be a better place. She was born in CA!

--Schwarzenegger is the classic immigrant who made it big.--
He was a Mr. Universe who went on to hollywood stardom because he already had his foot in the door. Not really very "classic" immigrant material.

As for your last line, I seem to smell ozone in the air.
The line urged FReepers to support Arnold "IF YOU WANT TO LIVE." Perhaps you don't recognize this as a reference to one of the tag-lines from the "Terminator" films, originally "Come with me if you want to live!" Because I do recognize it as such, it's obvious to me that this is not some sort of death threat.
