HELP KEEP THE LIGHTS ON: JOIN THE FREEPATHON AND SUPPORT OUR SITE !!!
First Quarter '03 FReepathon Now Underway .. Thread 4

.... ...

The Free Republic first quarter '03 FReepathon is now underway!

Our goal for this fundraiser is the same as last quarter: $65,000. We have about $4,000 per month coming in from monthly donors so we will need to raise approx $53,000 to hit the target.

The funds raised through these fundraisers are used to pay our operating costs. Free Republic operates on an approximate $260,000 annual budget (breakdown here) and all funds are provided by donations from FReepers and Lurkers.

Thank you all very much for your continued support.

P.S. We are planning to make FreeRepublic.com email addresses available as a thank you to all who donate at least once per year. This new feature should be ready to go within a few days. We will post a notice and a link for donors to setup their FR email address as soon as it's ready.

Donate to FR and help us keep the lights on for the best political forum on the NET!

But I will NEVER understand nor support the mindless, rhetoric these bozos espouse! They have NO idea that the very freedoms they are indulging in, are illegal in the regimes they aim to protect.

Maybe they should go over there and find out .. they want to protect Iraq .. FINE .. GO .. nobody is stopping them

I took the time to read the 1000+ live thread, and let me tell you, they're stupid bozo's. They protested everything under the sun.

BUT it's going to be portrayed on the news as anti-war. Anti-Bush.

We're about ready to enter a dangerous time in our history, and this country, this President, our families, etc., are in dire need of prayer.

That is funny! And appropriate to have Little Tommy pop-up.

Do you suppose Jim R. would allow this? Is "Support" using all of these? Or is he limited as to the number that can be rotated?

I found this:

A common misconception is that fleas and other parasites are not a problem in the winter. This is not the case. The fact is, your pets may be exposed to parasites more often than you think in the winter. Here's why:
The onset of mosquito or flea season is impossible to predict.
Midwinter warm spells can produce ideal conditions for fleas to emerge.
Under the right environmental conditions, fleas can survive, and even reproduce, indoors during the winter.
