OK D1! I'm looking forward to this cruise! It's been a long time since I was at sea! I think it's going to be a blast!
Regards,
TS

FReeper Cruise BUMP
Anchors Away!

Here's some more Happy Freepers comments from the FR archives after last year's cruise:
"It was so much fun, are there plans in the works for ANOTHER cruise?"
"All the cruise pics posted just remind me all over again how delicious the food was!"
"I don't know if any of us cannardly wait for the next one, canoe?"
"Freepers, try to make next one! I'm not a 'cruise' type. I had never been on one before and never even wanted to go on one. Now, I'd cruise again TOMORROW! The fare is incredibly low when you consider what it includes which is EVERYTHING except drinks. All meals/Broadway-type entertainment/recent movies/comedy shows, swimming pools aboard, a beach party, etc. Where else could you spend a vacation with all the food you could possibly eat, day-excursions to Caribbean Islands and whatever nightly entertainment you're into? I wasn't prepared for the incredible food and service, I swear. I thought I was prepared for a fun Freeper thing, but it even exceeded my expectations. And I don't think I ever laughed as much in my entire life. I want to do it again, NOW!"
Freepers, in addition to the great time we had, there were several FRN programs and sessions aboard where everyone who attended learned a great deal about conservative activism. Each of us exchanged ideas and thoughts in very interesting, open discussions with Freepers from all over the great U.S. of A. These sessions were praised by all.
Plus, what camaraderie we had and what wonderful new friends we made!
Everybody, we urge y'all to sign up now for the FReeps Ahoy cruise while we still have cabins and our low group-rate. We can't guarantee cabins and fare after January 27. After your initial deposit, you have till mid-March to send in the remainder.
The next ten peeples who sign up will receive two nifty gifts by mail which were donated by some very nice Freepers. The cruise line has just informed us we'll each get a $50 per person discount on the fare published on our registration form link. A real gaggle of good things!
And, you'll enjoy the vacation and experience of your freepin' life, we promise you!

Sounds like fun! I've only been on one cruise, and loved it. The food was outstanding. You go on as a passenger, and after eating waay to much, you get wheeled off as cargo! :-D

And here are my second two, of the four required Tom Swifties: "How do you like this knobby, Bahamian club I bought?" the sargeant said, softly.
"These are the times that try men's souls," he said, painefully.
There, I've qualified for the contest, he said, swiftly.

1) I will plow through this slander with a sharply-edged coulter.
2) A Penney for my thoughts, said Tom, while Cruze-ing.

Is there really a win a free cabin thing going on? The thread is closed????
To: DoughtyOne
Wish I had the funds, would likely join!
I do hope, however, that some FREEPER EXPERTS and other well connected sorts will check out the security issues, safety issues, health issues thoroughly enough.
I'd sure hate the enemy or terrorists of any kind to try and attack such a great bunch of FREEPERS all in a tidy little group from the enemy's perspective.
Don't want to be paranoid--but in this current era's context, maybe it's the paranoid that survive longer.
Happy sailing.

Bummer! They finally plan a Freeper Cruise of sufficient length (at least 7 days), with a day at sea on the way back (to wind down) and I can't make it. This calls for my imitation of a liberal. "It's not fair! (whine, whine)"
As it stands, I will be out of the country at that time. I hope you guys have a good time, anyway.
I'll try to make the next Freeper Cruise. If not, maybe we will at least be able to arrange our schedule so as to dock at one or more of the ports at the same time as the Freeper Cruise is in port. One way or the other, I'll either make it on one of these cruises or catch up with it along the way.
Hint: Choose "LATE SEATING". It gives you a lot more time after shore excursions, to get ready for dinner.
ENJOY!

Hello DoughtyOne -
I recognize you as one of the first Freepers - I really want to go and meet all the cyber-friends I've made over the years, however it is very difficult for me to plan that far ahead because of the nature of my business. When is the last day I can commit?
