How To Stop Democrat Voter Fraud in 2002

Critical Election Day Ballot Security Issues

In the 2000 election, questions of voter fraud by our opponents arose across the country. Because of this, we are making it our job to ensure that our opponents don’t get away with ANYTHING on Election Night 2002. That is why we are asking our County Coordinators in West Virginia to do two very specific things in addition to the normal all-day operations of our Republican poll-watchers:

1. Legally, it is necessary that one specific individual in every precinct in the State from each of the two major parties be tasked to accompany the ballot box between the Polling Place and the Courthouse—NEVER letting the ballot box out of their sight. However, experience tells us that in many cases Republican officials have been derelict in this duty--allowing Democrat officials to take the box to the Courthouse unaccompanied. To remedy this, we are asking that each County Coordinator task one reliable individual to:

a) talk to all of the Republican Precinct Poll Workers before Election Day to remind them that no ballot box can go out of the polling place to the Courthouse without escort by a Republican, and

b) that this same individual station themselves at the Courthouse on Election Night with a checklist--to ensure that a Republican shows up with each and every precinct ballot box. Any precinct that does not have a Republican escort should immediately be suspect and open to possible challenge.

2. We are asking our County Coordinators to task one highly competent and reliable individual with a video camera and a tripod to set up in the tabulation area of each and every Courthouse in the State—and to leave the tape rolling from beginning to end of the tabulation process. Past history would indicate that the Democrats who run many of the tabulation operations in many of the Courthouses have allowed the tabulation areas to turn into a party atmosphere, creating a climate that is open to abuse of the counting process. Our experience also is that the presence of a running camera almost automatically creates a serious and secure environment for this most critical of processes.

This same individual, or the County Coordinator, should inform Courthouse officials and/or law enforcement before Election Day—making sure they understand that it is legal and right for us to do so.

stop it this time around Oh yeah, the Pubs I'm exposed to will probably talk about it, have a fashion show and maybe work at a voter registeration card table for a 2 hour shift. No Kidding, it's depressing. How do you think CA got in this condition. The immigrants and teachers union really worked hard - the Pubs went to their jobs. The libs go to 'camps' to learn how to do their form of 'citizenship'. If their Mexican, their grant-funded 'English as a 2nd language" schools for indoctronation. SoCal young pubs go shoping.

Thanks for the info re the poll worker history. That is
pretty much what I have been told in the past. Silly me,
I just wonder WHY? Why do we keep on wearing people out after hours and hours, expect them to stay sharp - even
count right. There must be a reason, I just can't
figure it out.

So how does one West Virginian go about becoming a County Coordinator and/or Precinct Poll Worker?

Just to give credit where credit is due--this idea was Jay Wolfe's.

I've been saying we should do something like this for years!

We have a terrible problem with fraud by RATS in California. I don't know about your states, but here poll watchers are not allowed inside the polling place. Isn't that convenient? Guess who made those rules?

Well, we saw in FL that they can't ignore a POed crowd--especially one with cameras!

If the people themselves don't undertake this task, it won't get done.

The forces of complacency, cynicism and hopelessness are strong---they have even popped up on this thread---but I believe we are better than that.

College Kids should vote where their parents provide a home for them. No voting should be done on College campuses. If getting home is a problem then vote by absentee ballot.

"There're surefire ways to stop the voter fraud cold, y'know. ...& surefire reason(s) why none of those *ways* have ever been used."

Please expound upon those surefire reasons, mi amigo...could it be Laziness? Or Fear? Or Ignorance? All of these reasons can be addressed and overcome, IMHO.

"I ask because here in TX, I've seen folks walk in vote without showing any ID at all"

When I lived in Colorado it was illegal for poll workers to ask for an ID. You went in and gave your name and address and were then checked off a list that the worker had for your precinct. For that matter, it was illegal for them to ask for an ID when you registered to vote, but you did have to take an oath that the information you gave was true.

Okay parsy, as a lawyer how do you feel about the suggestions offered in this thread? At yesterday's meeting we discussed some of these same issues facing Arkansas voters and Sharon told us things that would curl your toes. You should have some good suggestions. You missed a really good meeting by the way. Hope you had fun at the birthday party.

See also this thread, especially my post #182 (can't remember if I pinged you to it or not):

"teachers could use the extra money they would earn by working the polls"

Many of your suggestions are indeed valid and worth consideration, but public school teachers as poll workers???? These NEA puppets of the socialist indoctrination camps that vote almost exclusively for Rats?? I think we can do a LOT better than that. While I know there are some teachers who don't fit that profile, too many do and sadly many of them are part of the problem and no more intelligent than those they're supposed be teaching.

"Please expound upon those surefire reasons, mi amigo...could it be Laziness? Or Fear? Or Ignorance?"

Those things may play some role, Mud.
I'm really only thinking about one main reason, though.

"All of these reasons can be addressed and overcome, IMHO."

All, except *one*.
Corruption.

The powers that be??
Those powers NEED the "gray area(s)" for their trickery.
So; do away with it, they won't & never will.

Imagine a bar code with one's thumb print on the back of a person's drivers license.
OK?

One walks up to the table, registers with the old timer volunteers staffing the poling place, right?
Now upon entering the voting booth one MUST insert their driver's lic into a *slot* where upon that person's ID is scanned from the bar code; and, as they place their thumb onto a scanner??
A "compare" is made along with a digital photograph of you as you're standing there.

The vote(s) you cast are submitted; and, all the other data is put into storage.
*Just* in case somebody suspects any shenanigans.

Nothing is "fool proof;" at least fool proof forever, Mud.
But as it is, now??

...they're really not doing anying a'tall, eh?
