Utah is planning on taking water away from farmers and ranchers right now”

Utah is planning on taking water away from farmers and ranchers right now”..

They are currently writing new legislation that is going to put new regulations on farmers and ranchers water use — We need your help. We need to save the farmers and ranchers”

“The verbiage in the bill is that they are going to require them to use less water, water that has been already granted to them from generations past, or they're going to require them to use more water saving technologies. But who is going to pay for that? It sure as hell isn't going to be the legislators, it's not going to be the senators, it's not going to be the governor. It's going to be the taxpayers and the farmers and ranchers who are going to have to equip for this.

So right now we need your help. We need you to call all of the state senators, we need to call all the city offices, we need to send as many emails as we possibly can. Leave the farmers out of this bill. There should be no reason that they're included in this whatsoever —- So if you guys can please make the calls, please send the emails. We need your help.”

‘The Utah farmers and ranchers truly need your help. We barely have enough water as it is to raise our crops to feed and grow our animals. If there is any more regulation, we will lose more and more and more of our family farms and ranches. They will not be able to survive this. This is just a stepping stone and if it happens in one place, it will continue to happen all across the nation please if you can share with your family and friends please leave your comments below. We need your help.”

...

America needs her non-corporate farmers.

...

Farmers and ranchers work hard to preserve the land. It is in their best interest to have a balanced ecosystem. Politicians in suits have no idea what is best or how to manage the land.

...

just like California did

...

All being done on purpose.. agenda 2030

...

First they came for the fuel, now it’s the water.

Utah is trying to choke out the very people who grow our food while pretending it’s sustainability.

No farmer, no food.

We either fight this now, or watch family farms disappear across the country.

...

Utah has placed Data Centers as a priority over farmers & ranchers. To government, spying on Americans is more important than feeding them

...

They're stripping generational water rights from farmers while dumping billions into green scams and foreign handouts.

We either fight now, or we lose it all.

Data centers are part of the problem.

Developers building endless houses out into the desert and the Wasatch Back are the real problem.

We don’t need farms anyways. We get our food at the grocery stores.

And electricity comers out of a wall socket, so we don’t need power plants either.

Farming uses 70%+ of the water in Utah. Farming is 2% of Utah’s GDP. This is stupid.

This is how famine is created. No water, no crops, no food, starving people. And don’t forget the acreage lost to wind and solar boondoggles.

I’m sure we can get by just fine without food. It’s the data centers that are essential for human life.

Because of greed, Marxist enviros and polulation growth, I’m positive water wars and scarcity will be a thing of the future.

Or why I have land in Florida with natural, off-grid water sources.

The epicenter of stupidity is New York city where I grew up and escaped from 10 years ago. Every week I see a new video of NYC Jews supporting Mamdani, the TERRORIST they want as Mayor. It’s just utterly jaw dropping idiocy on the billionth level, like hoping for cancer.

the newest generation data centers reuse water.

This bill is unnecessary.

They need the water to cool those AI computer farms.

That’s a good point, but I would also make the case that there are large arid and semi-arid regions of the U.S. where water-intensive agriculture probably never should have been established in the first place. If it doesn’t rain enough locally to support a particular crop or livestock, then it’s probably not a good idea to grow them there.

“Utah has placed Data Centers as a priority over farmers & ranchers. To government, spying on Americans is more important than feeding them.”

Exactly right, and it starts. This is going to spread across the country to everyone’s backyard if we do not start denouncing this tech trend. It is just illogical and irrational. There is absolutely zero need for this tech in large scale like this... Not if we want to stay free...

First the water, then the power grid. It s absolutely stupid and serious priorities need to be set in stone.

I was in a long comment thread on Substack this morning about how Texas is telling homeowners and ranchers they need to cut back on water usage. The reason is because a new data center has used 400+ million gallons of water over the past two years.

So the conversation went... Why aren't the tech bros told to use closed-loop cooling systems (similar to nuclear cooling ponds) for their massive AI data centers? Why does it have to come out of our pockets and why do they get to use fresh water just to cool off a bunch of robots so that people can make AI-generated pictures of cats on roller skates?

Does not Utah have a Republican majority legislature and Governor? And the dairies around Logan?

Those are the places you can grow crops year round, unlike the Northern states. Which means we have fresh produce year round. The alternative is imported produce of questionable safety.

DATA CENTERS CAN USE 450,000 GALLONS A DAY===

USE-—NOT RECYCLE OR RECOVER——USE UP -—then cool the servers.

RESIDENCES ARE NOT USING THAT AMOUNT OF WATER.
