Global warming has slightly slowed the Earth’s rotation — and it could affect how we measure time.
A study published Wednesday found that the melting of polar ice — an accelerating trend driven primarily by human-caused climate change — has caused the Earth to spin less quickly than it would otherwise.

Talk about solid bull feces! Approx. 5 articles obove THIS one on THIS page, an article states that the earth is beginning to spin FASTER, and that by 2029 it may be necessary to subtract one second from the world’s timeclock. Fortunately, my schedule is not tight enough to be affected, whichever one is correct. I’d hazard a wager that they are BOTH blatant lies!

If we launch enough climate scientists into space fast enough at a westward angle, it’ll speed the earth’s rotation right back up. It’s long past time for such a project.
