President Joe Biden reacted Tuesday to the Supreme Court leak suggesting the court would overturn Roe v. Wade, describing abortion as “basic fairness” for Americans.
“I believe that a woman’s right to choose is fundamental, Roe has been the law of the land for almost fifty years, and basic fairness and the stability of our law demand that it not be overturned,” Biden said in a written statement released by the White House.

And watch. Liberal states will punish states that don’t allow abortion by boycotting those states and forbidding their gov officials from travelling to those states. Throw in asset forfeiture and several rights being violated at the hands of Democrats and you start to slowly whittle at other “rights”

So do monarchies...they can just change their minds or have a new Liege ascend the throne. But the courts of the last century have taken a much greater interest in creating new policies and interjecting themsleves into all sorts of executive processes. It just seems that a lack of restraint characterizes the modern judiciary.
