Odd, I don’t remember the legislative branch ever creating this “law”.
How long was “separate but equal” the law of the land?
It's called the “Supreme Court” - not the Infallible Court.
Our Constitution provides for a means to go back and fix screw-ups.
Good point. Had the congress voted a law to incorporate Roe v. Wade then we would have been screwed.
Activist judges issuing precedence’s seemingly with the force of law should be put in a period of abyance until our congress and senate can make the law as handed down by the courts. If the courts are not validated by the lawmakers themselves then it is or should be moot.
