Cup Foods said that they’re so traumatized about George that they will no longer call police on low level crimes.

So I guess they have decided that they will put $20. in the till of their own money. You should call them and tell them to stand their ground. But I admire your willingness to fight to the death over a fake $20 😂😂

"It’s impossible for all three. It’s either 2nd Degree Murder or 2nd Degree Manslaughter. 3rd Degree Murder is irrelevant, since that requires an undefined person/target, per the Minnesota Supreme Court. The mob won."

Exactly. Murder3 requires "depraved heart" and these 2 KNEW each other. No previous MN Murder3 conviction has stood when there was evidence that the assailant knew the victim. It's bad law and it may very well contribute to both Murder2 and Murder3 being overturned on appeal.

Which is what has happened here -- the hoodoos have put the case in the hands of the appellate court because of their own stupidity and fear. "Let thems white folk deals with it, he guilty!"

Yes, his opinion was directed at someone who was just convicted of second degree murder.

Your comment was a very ill wish against another FReeper merely for stating his opinion. Those seem very different to me in terms of acceptability on a forum.

If i was chauvin, i would WANT to be in solitary confinement to be protected from the asylum.

i dont know Chauvin at all personally, but sad as it is to say, his best option left in this world is to hope that a sympathetic guard slips him a Herman Goering pill to put him out of misery.

There's not been a new post/thread on the home page in almost an hour and I bet 20 posts have been shit down because they're posts about the Chauvin conviction.

https://legalinsurrection.com/2021/04/chauvin-trial-verdict-watch

Three counts for jury to have considered:

2nd-degree “felony” murder: Max of 40 years

3rd-degree “reckless” murder: Max of 25 years

2nd-degree manslaughter: Max of 10 years and/or $20k fine

Sentencing in 8 weeks, state moving for aggravated sentencing above and beyond guidelines

If someone dies in a barroom fight...IT’S CALLED MANSLAUGHTER...

Say goodbye to Law and Order we are now ruled by the mob and any cop will be executed by the mob and a high-tech lynching

Police are going to be hands off. And I don’t blame them one bit

Our local sheriff here in Trump Country, Florida was interviewed when this happened and said he felt Chauvin used excessive force. Chauvin was a dirty cop who made his own bed. I don’t expect this case will have much impact.

because they’d have been laughed out of court; unless the demo involved a person in the same mental state of fear and apprehension as Floyd, it would be absolutely meaningless...

How would it be meaningless? It would prove that this procedure did not kill George Kirby. Is Chauvin supposed to be a psychiatrist and diagnose his mental state, plus know he took a fatal dose of fentenyl?

Google the 1992 case of Malice Green who was a druggie and high on cocaine when he resisted arrest by two Detroit policemen named Walter Budzyn and Larry Nevers who were convicted due to blunt force trauma to Greene's head.

Didn't matter that the autopsy report showed that Green died of a heart attack due to the amount of coke in his system........

Several years later I heard an interview of a white guy who was on the jury who held out as long as he could claiming they were innocent until he was bullied into submission by the rest of the jury and thus the convictions of both of them.

If it wasn't him, they just would have found some other shiny object.

Yep. The media whores had the jogger in Georgia, Aubrey whatshisname all teed up to go when Chauvin handed them a Kodak moment.

Hannity had 2 talking heads on his show..

when they got a word in edgewise they said no jury member could have heard mad max because they had been sequestered.

that happened after mad max’s comments. Where does Hannity find these people?

He should have run.
There was no way he’d get a fair shake.

Australia or Kazakhstan or maybe Alaska.

First in space, and punched incredibly high above their economic weight class.

Their economy was the size of Italy, and they were the number 2 superpower.

When we caved on Bretton Woods, we did an incredible amount of economic damage to almost every country on the planet.

When we finally go down, that will be the epitaph - Betrayed Our Trust.

Couldn't they have just issued a summons or something?

I believe that Floyd was on parole. The drugs, associating with the drug dealer, the counterfeit bill, were all likely to be used to send him back to prison, and he knew it.
