I still don’t see how he can be charged with, much less convicted on, three different levels of killing. Only one dude died, so how could the cop have committed two different murders and a manslaughter on the same guy? I thought someone could only die once?
(Ignoring that he didn’t really kill him, the drugs did the job.)
They’d have found him guilty on 100 charges. Or 1000. It didn’t matter. They were afraid to acquit him of ANYTHING.
