Co-host and network legal analyst Sunny Hostin said on Tuesday’s broadcast of ABC’s “The View” now that the Republican-controlled Senate voted to confirm Judge Amy Coney Barrett, the Supreme Court no longer reflected the values of America.
Hostin said, “I think her appointment is really going to change the way the Supreme Court is going to not only handle cases but the way the Supreme Court is going to look going forward. We all know the Republican Party has been packing the Supreme Court for decades. They’ve been packing the judiciary for decades. Trump has put now three justices on the Supreme Court and just dozens and dozens of judges on the federal judiciary.”

The hard left values are NOT American values. Never have been and hopefully never will be.
They have redefined packing the court, to mean the ongoing process of filling vacancies on the federal courts.
It is considered illegal and illegitimate packing of the courts, if Republicans and Trump follow the legal and constitutional procedures for filling vacancies.
The Supreme Court is not supposed to “represent the values of America”. Their sole purpose is to apply the law, as written, to the situation in question without any regard to how they might personally want the law to have been written. And that is why the Commie-Rat appoint justices should be impeached, because they are in the wrong branch of government. They want to be legislators.
I don’t get mad when I hear this kind of crap. I just marvel at the stupidity.
America elects a right wing President.

If Amy doesn’t represent the “values of America,” then how does Trump?
And if Trump doesn’t, who exactly, does the left think elected him? Sweden?
This is a great example of the weird mindset they have that our side simply doesn’t matter. We don’t exist. We don’t vote. The world is THEIRS and the only thing WE are is some kind of annoying force keeping it from them.
As a group, they are certifiable and dangerous and should not be given any power to do anything in this country.

Ruthie should have retired while Obama was still president.
Ruthie wanted to stay on the Supreme Court well into her 80s, and thought she could outlast Trump. She chose poorly.
Liberals also need to learn that elections have consequences, AND, that in our constitutional republic, liberals do not always get their own way.

Her appointment will actually restore how the Supremem Court views the Constitution, and handles decisions, to what existed prior to the appointment of activist judges.
We can see where this critic is coming from.
