Everyone on this thread presumes that Joe Biden will be the Democrat nominee. Many are presuming that Harris adds nothing to the ticket and would only lead to a Biden defeat. Everyone who has doubts about the viability of Harris should rethink the idea that Biden will be the candidate.
Picking Harris could very well indicate that Biden will be dumped and someone else will be substituted. If that is the plan, then the choice of Harris might make sense.

Looks like Barry thinks he’s clearly bamboozled the electorate on presidential eligibility and the definition of a natural born citizen.

“I’m concerned about this record of senator Harris. She put over 1,500 people in jail for marijuana violations and laughed about it when she was asked if she ever smoked marijuana,” Gabbard said at the debate.
Gabbard continued: “She blocked evidence that would have freed an innocent man from death row. She kept people in prison beyond their sentences to use them as cheap labor for the state of California, and she fought to keep cash bail system in place that impacts poor people in the worst kind of way.”
Gabbard, however, wasn’t satisfied with Harris’ defense of her record, saying, “When you were in a position to make a difference and an impact in these people’s lives, you did not and worse yet in the case of those who are on death row, you blocked evidence from being revealed that would have freed them until you were forced to do so.”
The Hawaii congresswoman added, “there’s no excuse for that and the people who suffered under your reign as a prosecutor, you owe them an apology.”
In the immediate aftermath of the debate, the hashtag #KamalaHarrisDestroyed blew up on Twitter after her exchange with Gabbard.
She only got utterly destroyed once on the debating stage and then shriveled up and blew away.
I still think the dems internal polling is so bad that these are the designated losers. Nobody else wanted the job for fear of being locked out in 2024
