You are putting too fine a point on this, imo.
It is highly doubtful if not a certainty that any State would even allow, since it is at the discretion of the State, a candidate to even appear on the ballot if they were prohibited from serving in the office for which they are running.
As the system falls apart, it’s very important to stick to first principles.
Congress, the Executive Branch, and the Supreme Court would all DEARLY LOVE to seize a role in the states job of replacing Presidents, because doing so would increase their power while decreasing the powers of the states.
The Founders discussed having Congress elect the President. They rejected that in favor of all of the State Legislatures doing the job.

Personally I agree with the those who claim politicians care little about helping anyone except in cases where they derive a personal benefit. there are no Mother Theresa types in public service.
At some point the current situation will resolve itself in some way, peaceably or not. I am an old man and doubt I will live to see the final chapter. My guess is if the sh*t really hits the fan and our freedoms are widely perceived as being under a final attack to have them removed by factions of the State, there will be widespread and uncontrollable resistance resulting n armed conflict with the side having the most guns winning.
I am not certain our military will follow orders if tasked to fire upon American citizens.

I think it’s highly likely he was not eligible based on the natural born clause, but I’d rather them go after him for what he (illegally) did rather than who he is.

And he was born to a Cuban national that admittedly took Canadian citizenship and an ex-pat American mother that also had Canadian citizenship....
Who cares if Obum was born in Mombassa or Timbuctoo, Cruz WAS born OUT of the USA. Who cares if McCain was born outside the USA to a father in service to our country... why did the Senate pass a resolution to deem McCain eligible if it doesn’t make a damn bit of difference where potus was born?

No one cared that Ted was born off US soil in Canada.
No one cared that Ted’s father was a Canadian- expat Cuban.
No one cared that Ted’s mother was a Canadian- expat American.
In order to appear on a presidential ballot, the individual states should require verification of eligibility- An American BC.

If you take a photo off of the web and put it in Windows Media you can often learn a lot about the picture, if the "properties" fields have not been erased, including the name of the person who took it.

0bama had a driver’s license while attending school in Massachusetts, because the his campaign manager paid more than a dozen parking tickets that were left unpaid, from when he left Massachusetts.
You cannot get a driver’s license in Massachusetts without a birth certificate, that same birth certificate that he wrote about in his book.
Governor Neil Abercrombie ran on the proposition that he wold personally go to the hall of records and produce Obama's Long For Birth Certificate. He was elected and later he declared that no birth certificate for Obama existed, guess no one remembers that.
