Reading about the left 20 times a day does make one want to grab the firewater.

I hear ‘ya. 25 years working in the prison system has caused me to harbor some truly disparaging opinions toward my own species.

Mostly because people are stupid

Maybe heavy drinkers are more likely to fake and/or suppress their emotions than other people.

So when I see you forever winking at me is that faking or suppressing?

I worked in Service delivery for nearly 40 years.

I stopped drinking years ago. Delivering good service has so little to do with smiling that you don’t have to fake it.

Do it right. On time. For the promised price.

If you do that, your customers will barely care that they had to talk to you. Which is good because after 40 years I can barely stand to be around customers.
