Everyone suspected the sketchy Steele Dossier was what corrupt FBI and DOJ officials used to get the October 2016 FISA warrant against Trump. FBI and DOJ officials refuse to answer that question publicly.
Despite a hundred different ways congressional investigators have asked the question, and despite numerous on-camera questions to FBI and DOJ officials about the 2016 FISA process, no-one had definitively confirmed the Christopher Steele Russian Dossier was the underlying evidence for the 2016 FISA application to gain wiretaps and electronic surveillance upon presidential candidate Donald Trump. UNTIL NOW.
Senator Lindsey Graham just confirmed the sketchy Steele Dossier was used to get the wiretap and surveillance warrant from the FISA court. Brian Kilmead understood what he was hearing was serious, but didnt quite catch the specific gravity of it. Watch at 04:10
The back-story to the FISA warrant is the cornerstone. The back-story contains both the FBI and the DOJ scheme. Expose it, remove it, and the entire muh Russia conspiracy collapses under the weight of sunlight
This is critical and important because the specific use of the Steele Dossier underpins the BIG UGLY and exposes the entire top-tier apparatus of the FBI Counterintelligence Division (Peter Strzok, Bill Priestap, James Baker, Andrew McCabe) and the DOJ National Security Division (John Carlin, Stuart Evans, Mary McCord and Sally Yates), as well as DOJ Bruce Ohr and FBI lawyer Lisa Page directly to conspiracy charges.
The 2016 FBI counterintelligence operation was surveillance on the Trump Campaign and was thinly disguised under the fraudulent auspices of a FISA warrant, sold as a defense of U.S. democracy from Russia, which permitted the wiretaps and surveillance etc.

BINGO....
Someone can turn their APRS beacon “on” and leave a bread crumb trail.

Q, king of the trolls. The best LARP in history. His/her act should be in a museum. The only problem is what we are going to do with the followers of the cult that has sprung up. Why are people so easily led? I have told our congregation that the world is so ready to believe any falsehood but routinely rejects the truth.
I am posting this very informative twitter account without comment.
@USNJack
That would clearly be awesome, if genuine. But it looks a little too good to be true, without anyone to corroborate it. Judge Napalatino menrioned it, but then retracted. Anyone else come forward yet? Any proof that this is even their actual letterhead? That would be a simple place to start.
It is illegal to hide messages in ham frequencies by the use of encryption. There may be some loopholes for incidental encryption used for authentication or other purposes. But as other commenters point out, there is no way to detect encryption that is inserted into plaintext cover messages. For example each particular spoken word could be selected to encode a bit or two of encrypted data. The spoken words might sound a bit strange but can’t be proven to be cover for encrypted messages.
Okay...they practice “fox hunting” with their yagi antennas.
Our domestic enemies have two defensive “strategies”.
1) Accuse opponents of that which they themselves are most guilty;
2) Double down
I’ll bet some (very few) are beginning to realize how stupid their god the Fraud is.
But rumor was kept classified as rumor. You can't just claim it as fact until it is proven. Well, not if you have any respect for yourself. The only way these kids will learn is when they start realizing their own voices and reputation are suffering by posting info that ultimately isn't true. And that is more important than the rush they got for being the first to post it.
...including the Supreme Court, and especially John Roberts, around the time Obamacare was being passed.
Good to know, thanks. If you have another moment to educate me, who is the law enforcemnt monitoring such things? I would assume the FCC, and my guess of their forms of punishment are most likely just a suspension of your ham license? Thanks again
It's OVER for the FBI if this is true. OVER.
Leads all the way to Benito Obama...
he doesn't actually come out and say it.

...one detail that seems to be missing and/or under reported........ Who put the FIRST dollar into the creation of the dossier? How does the mea culpa from the Washington Free Bacon fit into this timeline? Is the root of this toothache a cracked Kristol?==========================================
Reply by Liz: Plenty of suspects, to be sure....but IF we, the people, ever find out Hillary dipped into State Dept tax dollar/slush funds to finance the dossier......there's gonna be hell to pay.
I found that posted over at the conservative treehouse in this thread.

Thanks, good reply. I get sick of the childish insults here (stupid, crude nicknames and sexual insults against a politician they dont like). It shuts down the real discussion, and also distracts from getting at the real reasons for somebodys behavior.
Personally, I think Graham just likes to be on the winning side. He has actually been pretty supportive of Trump lately, even though he didnt start that way. Its possible that Trump has actually earned his respect. Dont forget that Graham has been regularly reelected from a basically conservative but still heavily GOPe state, which means that his constituents appear to like him. And if hes beginning to like Trump, that means they do too.
And as you say, this statement coming from somebody who in the past was not known for being friendly to Trump means a lot more than having it come from the usual sources. Also, if Graham didnt think the power was on his side, he wouldnt have made the statement. So thats another good sign.
Excellent post
I don’t know who enforces it but FCC is probably the best guess. I can ask an active ham to see if he knows.
