RALEIGH, N.C. — A federal judge ruled Friday that two students and an employee must be allowed to use restrooms matching their gender identity at University of North Carolina campuses, and he said they have a strong chance of proving the state's bathroom-access measure violates federal law.
U.S. District Judge Thomas Schroeder temporarily blocked the University of North Carolina from making the three plaintiffs follow the restroom provision of the so-called HB2 law as the larger case makes its way to trial in November. His final decision on the law won't come until after trial.
Passed in March, HB2 requires transgender people to use restrooms in schools and many public buildings that correspond to the sex on their birth certificates, rather than their gender identity. It also excludes gender identity and sexual orientation from statewide anti-discrimination protections.

Federal judges created the right to privacy when they legalized abortion, but apparently the right to privacy doesn’t extend to the bathroom.

Not so clear now. You might have police calling in such incidents. Then the captain calls the DA to ask what the latest policy is. At least in some places now.
If the DA fears transgender backlash, then the police might arrest decency and defend perverts.

Sadly, that would probably just set you up for a lawsuit. Slander or infliction of mental anguish or some such nonsense.
People like this have nothing better to do (if they did, they wouldn’t be spending so much time contemplating what gender they might fancy today), so filing lawsuits is a major pastime for them.

This is how Leftists work. When Title IX was passed, absolutely no one thought that "gender" meant transsexuals. But now the Left has warped "gender" into 50 different genders and so it applies to men who want to use the women's restroom.
