Government has a right to regulate the Second Amendment, Hillary Clinton said in an interview on the June 5 airing of This Week With George Stephanopoulos,
Clinton contended that Americans have historically recognized the governments right to regulate the bearing of arms, suggesting that it was not until District of Columbia v Heller (2008) that anyone thought otherwise.
Stephanopoulos asked, Do you believe an individuals right to bear arms is a constitutional right? That its not linked to the service in the militia?

She wants to disarm you so it will be easier to silence and kill you.
Just how the left was not only allowed to commit acts of violence on Trump supporters in San Jose - in fact, the left encouraged this.
Shooting is not far down the road - that’s why the left wants you disarmed.
The U.S. government has no rights.
It only has powers that were delegated to it by the several states and the people.
Those powers are few and limited by the constraints of the Bill of Rights, among which is the right to defend oneself with force of arms.
Our individual right to keep and bear arms is God-given. King George III thought he had the power to restrict that right, back in April of 1775. It might be prudent for today’s petty tyrants to review the history of that effort.
Hillary can’t control the activity of her own husband I will be damned if I will let her control mine...
A fair and honest Government would. Certainly not a Government run (not lead) by a lying psycho murderer.
What Good Can a Handgun Do Against an Army.....?

Sorry, lady, you fail Civics 101. People have rights, government get its just powers as a derivation from the people. The govt is created ( by the people) to protect those rights, not regulate them. So says the DOI and US constitution.
I agree with you. I was wondering where she found the right to do anything> The Constitution gives the people rights, and takes them away from the government.
The government has no rights at all, you wannabe tyrant!
Government has authority temporarily granted to it by the people.
Clinton wants to abolish the 2nd Amendment and the Never Trumpers will make sure that happens..I wonder how they would feel when their guns are taken away from them, not so peachy I assume
If the truth be known, Clinton would do away with the entire Bill of Rights if she had her way, and she’d be President for Life.
How many gun laws are there already, there is nothing reasonable about it.Fact is plain and simple they want them registered so they can then confiscate them, this bitch is a lying sack of crap
Governments do not and cannot have “rights”. Rights can only be held by human persons.
Governments have “powers”... the powers that are delegated to the by human persons through a Constitution or law.. or which government seize through negligence of Humans.
I shudder to think of this shrill harridan with unfettered power.
I don’t think Hillary cares one way or the other about the second amendment . Hillary just wrongfully believes it is a way she can get more votes. the lady has no core belief system except for money and political power. I truly believe that when Hillary takes a position the only things going through her head is. how many votes I will gain how much money I can make and how much political power it will bring her.
I will note here that normal civilized methods of debate, discussion etc are no longer effective against the left.
"When we got organized as a country and we wrote a fairly radical Constitution with a radical Bill of Rights, giving a radical amount of individual freedom to Americans ... And so a lot of people say there's too much personal freedom. When personal freedom's being abused, you have to move to limit it. That's what we did in the announcement I made last weekend on the public housing projects, about how we're going to have weapon sweeps and more things like that to try to make people safer in their communities."Bill Clinton; 1994 on MTV's "Enough Is Enough."
(I think I can hear the Founding Fathers spinning in their graves right now.)
