Government has a right to regulate the Second Amendment, Hillary Clinton said in an interview on the June 5 airing of This Week With George Stephanopoulos,
Clinton contended that Americans have historically recognized the government’s “right” to regulate the bearing of arms, suggesting that it was not until District of Columbia v Heller (2008) that anyone thought otherwise.
Stephanopoulos asked, “Do you believe an individual’s right to bear arms is a constitutional right? That it’s not linked to the service in the militia?”

Today’s petty tyrants are well aware of what the king tried. They intend to try the very same thing George tried in ‘75. And but for President Donald J. Trump, they may well succeed.
Thus exposing her disregard for the actual rights of Citizens which the government was established to protect and her complete misunderstanding of the Constitution she has sworn to uphold and defend.

It’s difficult to know how “ .. Shall not be infringed” could be any clearer. Under the US constitution the government has its just powers delegated, either directly or indirectly, by the people. It has no inherent, or God given, “rights”.
Before San Jose, maybe. But not anymore. Now the photos are out. America is aware of the double cross by cops and mayors. If a shooting happened now it would be accepted as self-defense. That's why the Left is suddenly anxious for the thuggery to stop - once again they went too far.

The federal government has no delegated power given it to regulate the possession, acquisition, or sale of firearms among the several States.
ALL federal firearms regulations, except as they may apply to Territories or protectorates of the federal not under the jurisdiction of any State, are unconstitutional.
It’s a 10th Amendment thing so lawless scum like Hillary can’t see it.

No it doesn’t. Even the current gun laws are patently unconstitutional.
The government has NO RIGHTS, it only has POWERS delegated to it by the people and the States who created it! Only the PEOPLE have RIGHTS which they have inherently granted by their Creator.
