Dr. Ben Carson confirmed five people on presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump’s list of potential vice presidential running mates in a recent interview.
Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, the 2008 VP running mate to John McCain, was one of the five Carson said was on the list. The rest are all former 2016 GOP presidential candidates: Trump’s closest competitor Sen. Ted Cruz, Ohio Gov. John Kasich, Sen. Marco Rubio, and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie. (Read more at source)

Agree, except Carson. He may have been a good doctor, and means well, but he is not Presidential material
DJT ran as an outsider, people voted for an outsider to come in and rout out the establishment.
Palin would be great “insurance”, but I don’t think those burned Bernie voters would pull the lever, despite their anger at Clinton.
The others are ALL owned by the Elites. If he picks an establishment VP, prepare for JFK 2.0, the VP will become President SOONER than later.
Let’s hope and pray DJT is very aware of this. I think he is, and pray he will delight us with his pick in JULY! That’s 2 LONG months away, folks.
Kasich is a uniter, not a divider. He can bring us together to solve America’s problems. Maybe it’s because his dad was a mailman.

Trump’s own words - there are maybe five or six or even seven.
And previously he said two woman governors were in on the consideration.
Now THAT, I would love to see. Shut down the National Endowment for the Arts as well - what a joke that is!
An expert in his field...in politics....not so much.
Put him at a Veteran's hospital....Some of our guys might benefit from his knowledge.
My guess is Sarah Palin has influenced her friend Trump to pick Newt for VP. Newt has changed America in the past. We need him to help change America now.
Those are the only people Carson knows. He lives in his own little box.
A lot of folks hate him but I think he is a bad choice due to geography.
I have said it before. Mr Trump has had to hire many people over the years and I believe he will know who is the ideal candidate.
Palin has been destroyed and knows she would not be a benefit to the campaign.
Cruz, well the primaries have given the dems plenty of ammo to use against him and, as such, against Trump.
Kasich, I don’t know. I just don’t like him. lol
Rubio is not strong enough and the NBC may be an issue.
I would love to hear some more potential names but, I have a feeling we may be quite surprised.

I wouldn’t choose Carson for Prez, but I do think he’s got the right intellect to serve as VP. It’s mostly a ceremonial position anyway.
I’m not actually rooting for him here, just making an observation. I’d rather see a complete outsider like Carson as VP, than an established politician.
Bottom line - it’s going to be tough to find someone who’s a natural fit for Trump, who also ticks the usual boxes.
Allen West, Newt Gingrich, Marsha Blackburn, Jeff Sessions, or Scott Walker.
