Nope. The Democrat decision to color outside the lines, pretending that the Constitution says whatever they want and turning the Supreme Court into a political tool was indefensible. Once the democrats politicized the Court, it would have been immoral not to respond defensively by limiting political appointments of those who believe in a “Living Constitution” as much as possible.

George Will = Establishment Rat
George Will is showing his true Establishment/Globalist/Uni-party/Internationalist position.
George Will wants a Gun Grabber in the U.S. Supreme Court after the questionable death of Scalia.
George Will is NOT a conservative.
No conservative would ever want a gun grabber in the Supreme Court. Certainly if the current radical leftist POTUS will be out of office in 10 months.

LA Times Headline June 15, 1993
“Clinton Picks Moderate Judge Ruth Ginsburg for High Court : Judiciary: President calls the former women’s rights activist a healer and consensus builder.”
The most liberal justice on the court who would not know a consensus if it hit her on the left side of her head (she doesn’t have a right side to hit).
Apparently today’s lazy journalists are photocopying the 1993 LA Times headline and switching one word, Garland for Ginsberg.Same biased nonsense, different year

Isn't this the same star-struck mastermind who thought it a good idea to have Obama over to his house for tea after Obama won the election in order to convince him that conservatives would try hard to work with him?
Haven't the years of continual illegality by this administration taught baseball-boy anything?
Now he feels it's unethical for Republicans to refuse to block Obama's SC nominee, someone who in all likelihood will go a large way in helping destroy the social fabric of this nation.
He talking about ethical considerations to the most unethical administration in the last hundred years.
I'm no big fan of Donald Trump but the more I see of these Washington DC phonies, the more I understand why he appeals to so many people who feel they are voiceless no matter which party they vote for, or which counterfeit conservative pundits they listen to.

The Republican partys incoherent response to the Supreme Court vacancy is a partisan reflex in search of a justifying principle. The multiplicity of Republican rationalizations for their refusal to even consider Merrick Garland radiates insincerity. That is the pointy headed elitist opinion of the establishment. The justifying principle is that when the Ripubs win they will be able to nominate someone better than Garland.

Was this buffoon upset when slimey reid changed the rules to appoint appeals court judges which were to rule on obamacare litigation, go away creep

Yes, I admit that Will has been on the wrong side over time. No doubt about it.
When it comes to turning the SCOTUS, it’s in a whole different league.
We’re talking about a fundamental sea change in the United States.
Will is the enemy.
