Mark Levin gave a stern warning to both Donald Trump over his recent attacks on Ben Carson and Marco Rubio for trying to smear Ted Cruz on the Gang of 8 immigration bill, telling them both that their attacks are unacceptable to him.
He told Trump that if he continued these reckless personal assaults on Carson, he’d have to affirmatively oppose him.
He pretty much said the same to Rubio, pointing out that he simply can’t accept Rubio’s smear attacks on Ted Cruz and that it was his decision to support the Gang of 8 and he would have to live with it.

Rush never endorses or supports in a primary.
If Levin is really for Cruz, he should promote take down of Carson by whoever. Because Carson is costing Cruz Evangelical votes. Either Levin is not a good strategist or he has TDS.
Yo are right again! During 2012, Rush promoted Mitt Romney AFTER he had secured the nomination.
Levin and Rush will both get in Cruz corner in the end.

Have you seen his supposed “fair” ratings on his Conservative Review site? I stumbled upon the spreadsheet with all of the candidates. Interesting, to say the least.
Cruz is the ONLY candidate with a near perfect rating! Imagine that!
CR rates Pander Paul, Mr Rogers Jindal and RUBIO higher than they rate Trump!
Trump’s given low/bad scores for Civil Liberties, Free Markets and Health Care.
What’s even MORE interesting is reading the “What you don’t know about ....” section of say Trump compared to Cruz. It’s at the bottom of each candidates “score card”.
Cruz’ reads like either he himself or maybe his dad wrote it.
Trump’s reads like Politico wrote it.

I expect more balance from Mark...or Rush, Hannity...any of those guys.

I don’t think Levin is a fraud ....at all.
I’m a Trump supporter but think he’s better off to tread more lightly on his opponents. Iowa is just playing into his enemy’s hands.>>> i like trump as well but these attacks on a christian’s personal conversion are unseemly. it was a very bad speech. If he doesn’t understand a christian conversion he should shut up about it. your fired.
That may be, but at least he gives each of the candidates air time and doesn’t show any favoritism, nor does he threaten any of them for what they say on the campaign trail.

Why is Cruz waiting so long to begin his ascent? Even Rubio is ahead of him currently. Iowa primary is a scant 79 days away. When do you expect his surge to begin?
I’m thinking Mark needs a dress to be a real Republican. The real Republicans like PC and Trump can’t deliver on that, so Mark must scold.
You know as well as anyone that just being a “Republican” has caused conservatives a lot of trouble. Mark is preaching petunias and fertilizer, and there are bigger fish to fry than his own high minded opinion of Trump’s tone.

Trump has painted a portrait of many in the race so far.

Thanks, Jane - I don’t care for CR because I know it is biased - as is Mark. He practically salivates over the guy - and said they have been friends for a long time. He’s trying to hold his cards close to his chest, but isn’t fooling me.
Levin are unable to stop Romney, McCain etc. He had limited power. He was supporting Hatch, Ryan and others

Carson is a qualified doctor. He diagnosed his own problem as pathological anger. Science says it has no cure.
Trump should ratchet it back on the BS Politico nonsense.

You’re a fool. Levin has fought on the side of Cruz and a lot of true conservatives who were trying to oust RINOs in primaries. That is the time when we fight against the RINOs. We don’t gain anything by supporting a Democrat over a RINO in the general election. The Republican majority will easily be shifted rightward once Cruz is in office. A Democrat majority never will be.
