Fox Business Network on Thursday announced the candidate line-up for the Nov. 10 Republican presidential debates.
The candidates qualifying for the prime-time, 9 p.m. ET debate are:
Billionaire businessman Donald Trump; retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson; Florida Sen. Marco Rubio; Texas Sen. Ted Cruz; former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush; former HP CEO Carly Fiorina; Ohio Gov. John Kasich; and Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul.
The candidates qualifying for the earlier, 7 p.m. ET debate are:
New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie; former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee; Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal; and former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum.
The criteria were different than for past debates. In a change, Christie and Huckabee âdid not qualify for the prime-time event, while former New York Gov. George Pataki and South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham did not qualify for either; neither did ex-Virginia Gov. Jim Gilmore.
Christie brushed it off on Twitter, saying: "It doesn't matter the stage, give me a podium and I'll be there to talk about real issues."

There are 12 candidates they considered worthy. I’d prefer it had been divided 6 and 6. Paul and Kasich should also be on the undercard.
The kids table candidates won’t get much attention. 4% Jeb should join them.
Gov. Christie and Senor Jebbie should switch places.
There ought to be no more than four candidates debating at a time.
Whats the point in putting a candidate with 4% on the same stage with someone polling 20 or 30%?
Lindsey didn’t even make it to the children’s debate? What - is Fox Business Homophobic?
I wish the next debate wasn’t on the 10th.
Not to be superstitious or anything but November 10th always makes me uneasy. This year is the 40th anniversary of the sinking of the Edmund Fitzgerald.
While I have no direct connection to the ship I remember November 10th, 1975 very well. I was DX’ing Short Wave radio when I heard the first reports. I stayed glued to the radio all night and the next day.
So I am wary of anything on November 10th.
I emailed Neil yesterday asking for Charles Payne or Stuart Varney to be placed on the panel and the deletion of one of the women
I suspect manipulation here. Huckabee has polled higher than Kasich the whole time. I don’t remember about Christie, but still. This was manipulated. I think it is entirely wrong to completely cut the two candidates (neither of whom I like) from the other debate before any actual voting has taken place.
I may not like him but I think Christie belongs on the stage ahead of Rand Paul and Carly Fiorina. Paul has become irrelevant and Fiorina is dropping like a rock.
Thanks Kaslin.
There has to be a cut off at some point.
snip:
To qualify for the prime-time debate, a candidate had to score 2.5 percent or higher in an
average of the four most recent national polls. Candidates scoring under that had to receive
at least 1 percent support in at least one of the four most recent national polls to qualify
for the 7 p.m. debate.
The four polls used were conducted by: Fox News; Investorâs Business Daily/TIPP; Quinnipiac
University; and The Wall Street Journal/NBC News.

Paul and Bush are up their because their dads ran in the past. Meghan McCain is too young to join them and that’s ageist.
How the hell does Kasich rate a spot on the Big Stage.
I want to see FioRINO out simply b/c I can stand her condescending voice!!!
He’s next on deck as the GOPe shoe-in when Rubio tanks.
Their arms must be getting tired from propping-up Yeb.
Yes. I still say they manipulated it somehow. They don’t like Huckabee on fiscal issues. That’s fine. But they shouldn’t cheat.
Agreed
