10% flat tax AND NO payroll tax should look great to many blue color workers. And Ted’s post card form has a space for deductions although not detailed at his website. His site’s summary also mentions tax deferred saving accounts. I hope he adds a link to the Tax Foundation’s review. Don’t know if that’s online yet.

Drudge says TRUMP all the way. But media, especially Fox, will say Carson won, when in truth he has no command of any subject.

Okay. My kids weren’t in STEM. I’m sure I don’t know anything.

I’m still astute enough to know that we are going to have IMMIGRATION, so bring in the self supporting, the intelligent, the professionals. These types are even refugees.

Sorry if decent standards for IMMIGRATION gets in the way of your child’s expectations, but I am a little sympathetic to THE reality of our government IMMIGRATION guarantees to the world.

It was heart lifting to see some of the other candidates follow the lead on exposing the bias of the questions and the media.

Good point. And on that point, I might point out, of all the times Trump, for instance, took the media to task at past debates, and the other candidates didn’t follow, yet at this debate, Ted Cruz took the lead, and the other candidates followed.

Ted Cruz IS a leader. He leads with class and his demeanor demands respect, which makes it easy to follow his lead. Not so much for the other candidates, IMO.

I am not going to predict anything at this point...

I said that Hillary should win because I feel that the electorate deserves her and she deserves them.

Trump, if he does not falter, could well win the election in the general, but from my perspective, I am not clear how that helps the US or Conservatives.

I don’t understand why Huckabee doesn’t poll higher. He is very likable and solid on issues.

A lot of people know he’s not a conservative, he’s a progressive and a fraud. He’s all over Common Core...his idea to rebrand it, instead of repealing.

The truth is, that he has not said very much when he has spoken.

Versus the rest of the politicians who just talk sh*t and never accomplish anything once elected.

I'll take the first option. The 2nd option hasn't worked in quite a while.

I HAVE read it you troglodyte. I am more educated on the subject than most because I have read the actual case law. I agree that the issues are unfounded but if you read what actually wrote I said people are stupid enough to not vote for them because of their citizenship issues (many do not believe they are eligible) without reading the case law (which states that they are).

It doesn’t matter if they are really eligible or not (case law says they are) the Constitution is actually vague and many on here even say they are not because they have not done their research. Hence, the media will pound on them claiming they are not eligible (hence the issues I mentioned) and people won’t vote for them because they believe they are not eligible.

And the Obama isn’t eligible argument won’t fly with those people because Zero managed to produce a birth certificate (albeit fake) while both Rubio and Cruz admit freely the circumstances.

A lot of the people in the space program were immigrants. I knew one of them.

But Cruz could totally take Hillary apart in a debate.

And THAT is a debate I can’t wait to watch.

I actually turned on Fox and have seen some of the scenes I missed!

Also Cruz suggested to Hannity a Republican debate ACTUALLY MODERATED BY PEOPLE WHO WOULD VOTE IN THE R PRIMARY. And suggested, as we have for years, the moderators Hannity, Limbaugh, and Levin.

Hannity was all over it and said he knew the other two would be.

If no network will host it, get Rinse to OK a Live YouTube if nothing else. I just watched Gymnastic Worlds on there and it’s not bad,

I did watch it with an open mind, and again EVERYTHING Trump said, answered, etc, is the same things he always says.

IMO, illegal immigration is the biggest issue now, maybe the *only* issue that matters right now. It ties into so much -- the health care system, the education system, the deficit as it relates to transfers to illegals, etc. And -- most important -- if amnesty goes through and immediately creates 40-60 million new Democrat voters, it's game over for the Republic.

How many different ways can you say, "No more illegal immigration!"?

Reince Pribus just went off on CNN, telling Dana Bash he was very unhappy with the moderators and with CNBC. He wouldn’t stop talking he was so mad! Said this was suppose to be an issues based debate and the questions were the worst of the media. He said questions were like Rubics Cube!

I am more informed than most and far from living under a rock. Founded or not there are issues

Read my post 2390.

Fact is the rank and file won’t read the case law and believe the media saying they are not eligible regardless of the truth of it or not. Hence the issues.

Neither will win in a general because people are stupid.

This debate was supposed to be about economic issues yet not one question about the passed 2 year budget deal. No questions on what the candidates thought about it.

Fantasy Football is kind of an economic issue....
