You apparently are for H-1B immigration as is Bush, Zuckerberg, Rubio, etc. You just temper it by saying you want “decent standards.” Who defines “decent standards?” Who? I’ll tell you who...Lobbyists are defining this need—thru political contributions...
Yes historically, we have ALWAYS had some immigration.
