Three days after the GOP debate, the topic on Sundays news shows was still Donald Trump vs. Megyn Kelly. Trump refused to apologize for his follow-up comments criticizing Kelly for her off-base, ridiculous questions. Kelly countered Trumps criticism, saying, If you cant get past me, how are you gonna handle Vladimir Putin?
Forget the dismemberment and selling of human beings going on at Planned Parenthood, or the 94 million people out of work, or the Obamas taking off for another vacation with their fat-cat friends on Marthas Vineyard, or veterans getting the shaft while illegals receive free health care, or Iranian barbarians pocketing $150 billion of our hard-earned money the media folks were hashing out whether Trump was referring to Kellys monthly cycle when he told Don Lemon Friday night, There was blood coming out of her eyes, and coming out of wherever.
By now most Americans know that if Donald Trump had meant Megyn Kelly was spewing hatred because it was that time of month, he would have owned it. As he owned calling Rosie ODonnell a fat pig. As usual, the media is controlling the message. It was pretty clear from the Don Lemon interview that Trumps blood in her eyes statement got away from him and the words and wherever came out. Trump told Jake Tapper, Do you think I would make a stupid statement like that? [O]nly a sick person would even think about it.
With Trump supporters threatening to boycott Fox News and high-profile conservatives like Mark Levin telling Fox and Kelly to apologize to the American people for their tabloid-style debate, the hosting moderator came out with her own statement. Kelly told Howard Kurtz it wasnt an attack; the question was fair, and its okay theres some consternation; shes a big girl.

Does society demand a rape victim apologize for calling out the rapist??? Then why should Trump apologize to Megyn Kelly for calling her out on her attack on Trump??
Hah! Takes heat? Kelly is IN HEAT, all the time.
The media types ( Fox included ) don’t get it.
Megyn Kellys attempt to portray Trump as a sexist is causing trouble for the network.
Why? Partly because people have grown weary of this fake war on women. If Megyn Kelly had shown some spine and started the debate by asking Trump a relevant question about a real issue facing concerned Americans, instead of channeling Candy Crowley and Katie Couric, she and Fox News wouldnt be on the ropes right now.
Instead, by attacking Trump on something most viewers don’t care about and turning the debate into a reality show approximating Jerry Springer, she simply confirmed what many voters already suspected — THE MEDIA IS NOT INTERESTED IN MATTERS OF SUBSTANCE, ONLY IN RATINGS.

YEP. I think Cruz address this sickness once, when being interview with some idiotic question, seems like his response was "why do you always talk about Sex?".
Because they are SICK, SICK, SICK...and classless.
So, thinkin’ back to last Thursday night. In hindsight, you gotta wonder, why was megyn’s very first question of the night the one to Trump about his statements about women? Really? Does anyone else think that maybe there are more pressing issues that could have been addressed as the first question? I guess some folks arrived at the answer a lot quicker than I did. I already surmised it would be mostly a search for “gotcha” moments and not much else.
“Megyn Kelly takes heat”
“Takes heat”? We know what that means. The author is making an accusation that Megyn Kelly is going through “the change”. How despicable.

Kelly's bias was blatant - she didn't go after Jeb regarding Terri Schiavo.
The analogy is a bit over the top.
Being asked a difficult question is kinda different from being violently raped.
Of course, I’ve come to accept silly hyperbole from Trump fanboys.
Seemed to me that the Fox strategy was to initially go after what they perceived to be each candidates biggest weakness. It that context, it seems Trump got off pretty easy.
IMO his comments about her “bleeding from wherever” were a bit too coarse for public discourse.
megyn kelly and rosie odonnel deserve scorn, but this won’t help the Republican party if Trump becomes the nominee. He must drop out of the race entirely now. His ego is even bigger than that of Chris Christie.
“Being asked a difficult question is kinda different from being violently raped.”
You describe Megyns attack as “difficult”. I describe it as political rape. She had a captive audience in the participants for which she then abused the privilege by asking absurd questions designed to embarrass and impugn.
Megyan asked “Did you hear from God on this?” She deserved every participant to walk off the stage and tell her they’ll come back when she actually has a relevant question to ask and stops being an ass.
Megyn Kelly said 'it goes far beyond' Rosie O'Donnell. Really? Is there any evidence that this is the case, or did Megyn Kelly make that up? This should be something that can be looked into. If she made it up, her question was invalid and she's a hack who was doing a hatchet job. If there is a pattern of Trump saying these things about many women, that a discussion on the merits of the question can be had. I've not yet seen any evidence that Trump said these things about anyone other than Rosie O'Donnell though.
To be fair and balanced, saying "whatever" doesn't mean her vagina either.
If they want to apply meaning in the worst possible way then they
should practice their own PC and stifle themselves in to the corner.

You gotta understand why Donald Trump is getting the strong support he has ( even though I personally am wary about his so-called conservative credentials ).
Trump represents the ordinary folks who are tired of being called SEXIST, BIGOTS, HOMOPHOBEs, etc. for simply holding on to their traditional beliefs.
In other words, to many voters, Trump sounds like you-and-me. The fact that he REFUSES to capitulate and apologize only ENDEARS him to these people and there are MILLIONS of them.
Trump gives voice to their silent frustrations.
The moment Trump turns into a wimpy, groveling puppy dog is the moment he loses steam.
That is a new one. What is 'political rape'?
Bingo! When are these airheads going to learn their job and responsibility is to report the news, not fabricate it. Dan Rather and Brian Williams should have set an example for those who want to diddle with the news. I'm really not interested in what the reporter thinks. Just give me the facts and shut up. I'll take it from there.
Megan Kelly should show her strength and quit Fox News and go out and start her own network.
