Four military members were killed this morning and at least one police officer injured, when a gunman opened fire on military recruitment offices and a U.S. Naval Reserve Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Witnesses said they saw a single man fire a high-powered rifle at a military office in a strip mall from a convertible silver Mustang, before speeding away, around 10:50am.

An Army intelligence bulletin is warning U.S. military personnel to be vigilant after Islamic State militants called on supporters to scour social media for addresses of their family members – and to “show up [at their homes] and slaughter them.”
The assessment, obtained by Fox News, came from the Army Threat Integration Center which issues early warnings of criminal and terrorist threats to Army posts worldwide.
The advisory warns military personnel and their families about the Islamic State, or ISIS, calling on supporters to target their homes.
While there is no independent intelligence to corroborate the ISIS threats, the bulletin recommends more than a dozen precautions to military personnel to protect their homes — and their online profiles.
The longer they take to ID the shooter, the more this would seem to point to a terrorism. Of course it might just be another ding. Having no connection to the military seems to also point to another ding or possibly terrorism.
Fox reporting authorities are looking into whether Ramadan was a factor. Katherine Herridge....”Very specific language about the brutal attack and the method of attack, certainly speaking to the idea that the military was targeted in this attack. Based on the reporting I have been able to do here in DC, which is not at the scene. There has been unease as this story has developed about the timing coming at the end of Ramadan and also at a time when the FBI director and chairman of the house homeland security committee indicated to us that the threat had not passed. The person has been identified.”
I expect him to use one of these violent acts to take unilateral action on guns.

I’m pretty hesitant on this.
The biggest politician in the bunch, after the Mayor, at the news conference is the Federal Attorney.
He said this is being investigated as a case of domestic terrorism.
US Attorneys are too well trained to let information like that just slip out. He put it out for a reason.
This happened in Tennessee, not Michigan.
It could very well be Middle East related, but that attorney was too easy in giving up info.

The Feds are still trying to determine if he was the ringleader, or if the gun was the ringleader. Muhammad might have just been along for the ride and the gun really was the perp.

Heck, I can’t find enough facts beyond the deaths to even consider a start on theory.
Just commenting on the unusually speed with which the Feds got involved and made public pronouncements. Just anout four hours, plus or minus.
Whites can be Muslims. The Chinese are up against a whole bunch of white Muslims in their western territories. As are the Russians in Chechnya near the Caucases.
