A new blog post written by Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D., Mass.) may appear to be an attempt to align with Hillary Clinton, but it takes direct aim at multiple Clinton Foundation donors.
Warren’s post, “I agree with Hillary Clinton,” details her concerns with a provision in the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade agreement that she says “would let foreign companies challenge American laws outside of American courts.”
“The Investor State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) provision isn’t a one-time, hypothetical problem—we’ve seen it in past trade agreements,” Warren wrote.
Three of the five companies Warren uses as examples of companies that have abused similar provisions in the past few years are donors to the Clinton Foundation.
Warren’s first example is “a French company [that] sued Egypt after Egypt raised its minimum wage.”
The French company Warren is referring to is The Veolia Group, which chose to challenge a raise won by Egyptian workers during the 2011 Arab Spring.
Veolia has contributed between $50,001 and $100,000 to the Clinton Foundation.
Another company Warren attacks for using the ISDS is Philip Morris, which is part of the Altria group—another Clinton Foundation donor.
“Philip Morris is using ISDS right now to try to stop countries like Australia and Uruguay from implementing new rules that are intended to cut smoking rates—because the new laws might eat into the tobacco giant’s profits,” Warren writes.
Also on Warren’s list is “a Swedish company [that] sued Germany because Germany wanted to phase out nuclear power for safety reasons.”
I don't know, but I do know that this Clinton Foundation is worse than Tammany Hall. It has to stop.
Hillary needs to be impeached, NOW!

Warren thinks Clinton Foundation donors would be concerned about “foreigners challenging US law outside US courts”? What a hoot — most of them would see that as a plus, since they ARE foreigners.
That would be an ideal scenario. The lines between Conservatism (likely a young, energetic Senator Ted Cruz) and socialism in the form of this fossil would be clear, crystal clear. Should Sanders get the 'RAT nod, I see only one state -- at best -- in his column for the Electoral College. So, please let it be Bernie!

IIRC Hillary already has a $2 billion war chest though some bundlers are getting nervous, and that she starts the race with 247 electoral votes guaranteed by the states with the largest entitlement communities, just a couple more needed for the magic 270.
Domestically we could survive a hellish Hillary in the Oval Office, but those bigtime contributors will want their payoffs which will surely endanger our position in the world economy.
Then there are the world’s dictators. The wolflike Putin is already grinning as though anticipating a tasty meal. As SecyState Hillary was such a clueless idiot with the Russkies that they will play her like a cheap balalaika.
Dictators in Latin America will have a field day sending in a tsunami of hard drugs. The Islamicized Middle East & Iran will jump even more fanatical & dangerous. Israel will stand alone.

Agree. And I am afraid. Both O'Malley and Injun Gal have socialist leftist/populist appeal! As Bernie Sanders steps up his rhetoric they will look positively patriotic by comparison.
