Another woman has come forward to claim that she was raped by Bill Cosby.
Joan Tarshis told CBS This Morning that the actor and comedian drugged and raped her on two separate occasions in 1969 when she was 19. She said that Cosby invited her to help come up with material for his comedy act. Then when she was on the set of The Bill Cosby Show, he gave her a cocktail.
I was sitting up writing one second and the next second I was lying down on the couch having my underwear taken off, Tarshis said.
She said Cosby then raped her again two weeks after that. She caught [sic] off all contact with him after that alleged incident.
His MO is the same. He works with people, he gets you into a position where you think youre going to work with him, and then he drugs you and rapes you, she told CBS This Morning.

But, if Cosby sues one of these women, that restarts the statute of limitations. That’s why Clinton never sued Juanita Brodderick.
Sunday night, reading this stuff, I felt against Cosby, today I think, heck, you do something wrong, prosecute it, report it to the police. I’m not sure what to think, yeah, guilty of a felony crime like rape but was never prosecuted. I don’t doubt Bill Cosby as is said about say, Michael Jordan may not be a pleasant person to be around.
Until Mr. Cosby has been convicted in court, I will not give credence to these allegations. Nor will I prejudicially dismiss them. There may well be substance to them, or there may not be substance to them.
Either it's brought to court or it's character assassination.
aallegations made 25 years after a so called incident are stupid , calloused and ignorant.
If someone robs or assaults me, I go to the authorrities IMMEDIATELY so that he/she gets their butts tossed in the slammer.....
>>BTW, Cosby hates the Tea Party and loves Obama, so he is no conservative.<<
He most certainly is not. But he at least wants blacks to clean up their own backyards and fix themselves.
That is almost certainly not true. Can you prove that you did not spend an hour committing a crime, over a decade ago?
The number of accusers makes it more likely that he is a serial rapist. His wealth and celebrity make it more likely that his accusers decided to call it rape when he didn't make their dreams come true after they volunteered for sex.
Who knows? From now on he will be known as "Bill Cosby, the rapist." Maybe he richly deserves it, and maybe he doesn't deserve it at all.
Ben Carson, watch your six.
>>Isnt this something, a lot of men are giving Cosby the kudos across blogs. Un freaking believable. <<
We are crediting his attempts to get the black community to man up.
>>Blame the woman because 13 victims stayed silent.<<
I have read this entire thread and saw no “victim blaming.” Those comments must be in the same place as the trial that found him guilty.
>>About what year did Cosby say that?<<
2004
Don’t know that one.
I copied the list from another thread
Look it up. It’s an interesting one.
You’d also think it would have come out 20 years ago, when he had more money.
So how do I do that? Google Starbucks girl?
One or two girls, you get the “Suuuure” reaction that Herman Cain got from a lot of people. Fifteen, it looks much less like gold digging and a lot more like naughtiness.
I heard a joke that Joe Biden was “impeachment insurance” - AKA, you won’t impeach Obama because you couldn’t stand Biden as President.
I agree it is suspicious that, if you think you’ve been raped, you meet with him again without five body guards / male friends and witnesses.
Hope your wife is doing better. Here is a song for Mr. Cosby.

No, many are not giving him high fives about the black community where I am reading at and even some throughout this blog. They are calling the women vulgar names which has nothing to do with the issue of any point of the black community to man up, right. This is proof why the victims of Bill Clinton stayed silent for so long. Go read the nasty bashing from the link at Drudge, to see how vicious our fellow citizens are over this issue. Reminds me of how people tore Clinton’s accusers apart. I am not being apart of that.
Rape is a serious issue and there have been 4 who have come forward and 10 others who have decided (so far), to keep secret due to public humiliation and bringing this back to the front of their lives again. Cosby’s media covered for him for years. Why they are turning on him; or helping the women is more like it... is anyone’s guess.
“Either it’s brought to court or it’s character assassination.”
I have to take exception to that comment. I was a witness to an act of attempted sexual abuse, assault, prostitution, and much more. The perpetrator was shielded by diplomatic immunity and successful acts of intimidation and oppression by the perpetrator’s accomplices in a public academic institution. By all rights the perpetrator and his accomplices deserved to be prosecuted, convicted, and sent to prison. Instead, they were effectively immune from investigation, much less prosecution and conviction. This was due to the diplomatic immunity and the public stature of the accomplices versus my unsupported witness testimony as a student. One of the reasons this diplomat committed the crimes was the sense of power it gave him. You could literally see how what he was doing gave him a thrill. This is all too often the case for many celebrities. They commit abominable acts just for the thrill of it, oblivious of all of the consequences of such bad behavior.
Given the way in which the alleged victims often tried to seek justice for the crimes committed against them before the statute of limitations expired only to be oppressed and denied access to the courts, they deserve to be heard now as a warning to future victims of such crimes. If Bill Cosby feels he is being unjustly defamed, he certainly has the legal resources to defend his reputation and reset the statute of limitations by bringing a complaint to court. Meanwhile, the public can consider the question of whether or not Bill Cosby does not challenge such allegations against him, because those allegations may be true. If so, such a complaint by Bill Cosby could forfeit the full protection he is presently receiving under the statute of limitations.
This is probably normal in Hollyweird, kids don’t have a chance there.
