The Pentagon has released a statement confirming that soldiers could be prosecuted for promoting their faith: "Religious proselytization is not permitted within the Department of Defense...Court martials and non-judicial punishments are decided on a case-by-case basis...”.
The statement, released to Fox News, follows a Breitbart News report on Obama administration Pentagon appointees meeting with anti-Christian extremist Mikey Weinstein to develop court-martial procedures to punish Christians in the military who express or share their faith.

Being convicted in a court martial means that a soldier has committed a crime under federal military law. Punishment for a court martial can include imprisonment and being dishonorably discharged from the military.

Homosexuals? You know what the net effect has been so far? Nothing. Why? Because they're still expected to be professional Soldiers. If they ever start getting preferential treatment (i.e. no judicial actions b/c they're being "discriminated against") then you'll be on to something.
Take my word for it. You read too much FR. You think you know what's going on, but you're getting first-order effects from dubious sources. However, FR can be a great source b/c people who are directly involved can come onto a thread and clarify what exactly is going on.

And a year or two ago, it was Weinstein’s organization, complaining on behalf of muslims in the military, that got Franklin Graham disinvited to speak/pray at the National Day of Prayer at the Pentagon.
Weinstein is a man on a mission, which coincides with the aims of Zero the C-in-C so he has met no resistant from the Administration. Don’t be mislead by Weinstein’s alleged insanity; he’s focused on his goal the way Hitler was.

Seriously, I'm heartsick at what is happening to this country.
SCOTUS case the sooner the quicker - should be ACLJ and an probably half-dozen other Christian legal organizations on top of this. SCOTUS has been pretty good about protecting religious speech. That and political speech is clearly the heart of the unalienable liberties the Constitution is designed to protect.
